Unit price / perThe ATF Extract Recipe - Celebration IPA places Centennial hops front and centre. Harking back to West Coast IPA’s of yesteryear, the ATF Celebration IPA has a light body with slight caramel tones and a firm bitterness leading to a dry finish. The Centennial hops are the star providing a prominent floral citrus flavour and aroma with notes of orange, grapefruit, and lemon.
This kit includes hops that require steeping.
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Froth Buddy (Assumed Origin: Sierra Nevada), or Lallemand's BRY-97 West Coast Ale Yeast. You could also try Safale US-05, Lallemand Nottingham High Performance Ale Yeast, or Mangrove Jack's West Coast Yeast.
