Pot Stills (Alembic Stills) — Flavour-forward spirits

A pot still (alembic dome + condenser) retains more congeners from the wash, producing characterful whisky, brandy, and rum. Each run is a single distillation pass, so wash quality and cut precision matter. Best for distillers who want to produce authentic spirits such as whisky from grain, or rum from molasses.

Reflux Stills — High-purity neutral spirit

A reflux column recirculates vapour through packing, stripping most congeners and producing a clean, high-strength neutral spirit suited to vodka, gin bases, liqueur dilution, and being flavoured with a spirit flavouring.

Beginner-friendly — Air Still range

The 4L Still Spirits Air Still uses air cooling (no running water required) and a self-contained design that is ideal for small batches (4L capacity), apartment distilling, or a first still.
