Pot Stills (Alembic Stills) — Flavour-forward spirits
A pot still (alembic dome + condenser) retains more congeners from the wash, producing characterful whisky, brandy, and rum. Each run is a single distillation pass, so wash quality and cut precision matter. Best for distillers who want to produce authentic spirits such as whisky from grain, or rum from molasses.
Reflux Stills — High-purity neutral spirit
A reflux column recirculates vapour through packing, stripping most congeners and producing a clean, high-strength neutral spirit suited to vodka, gin bases, liqueur dilution, and being flavoured with a spirit flavouring.
Beginner-friendly — Air Still range
The 4L Still Spirits Air Still uses air cooling (no running water required) and a self-contained design that is ideal for small batches (4L capacity), apartment distilling, or a first still.
- Still Spirits Air Still — entry-level pot still
- Air Still Pro — step-up model with pot-still and reflux modes

The Create+ Vented Collection Cup is designed for use with 2” tri-clamp compatible distilling systems. The stainless steel Vented Collection Cup integrates into a modular distilling system, facilitating the secure connection of distillate collection tubing while allowing safe venting of pressure during the distillation process.
Key features:
- Connects to 2" tri-clamp distilling accessories
- 304 grade sainless steel construction
- High temperature resistent food grade silicone
INSTRUCTIONS: Insert Collection Cup into your distilling system, ensure the vent weld is at least horizontal so that distillate flows out of the barbed tube, place a silicone gasket in the tri-clamp connection and secure with a tri-clamp.
CLEANING BEFORE USE: Rinse all components with fresh, clean water before the first distillation run.
CLEANING AFTER USE: If needed, thoroughly rinse the section to remove any wash or debris. Use a non-scented brewery cleaner and a soft brush to remove any stubborn debris.
CAUTION: After distillation is complete, the surface will be very hot. Allow to cool before handling.

- Vented Collection Cup with Ø10 mm Barbed Tube and Vent Port
- 2" Tri-clamp
- 2" Silicone Gasket
SPECIFICATIONS
- Dimensions: H 11.3 cm x W 7.1 cm x D 5.1 cm

NOTE: The Still Spirits Boiler Lid and Alembic Dome are designed primarily for small to medium-sized distilling setups that do not have heavy, off-centre attachments. The lid and dome are reasonably flexible and sturdy enough to fit components that are within the following specifications:
- A total column & condenser height up to 1.1 m (3.6 ft) from the lid or dome.
- A total column & condenser weight up to 11 kg (24 lbs), including up to 2 kg (4.4 lbs) of off-centre weight from a swan neck, lyne arm, or condenser running in parallel with the column and offset up to 160 mm (6”) to the main column.
We recommend external support if:
- Your column & condenser exceeds the above specifications.
- The lyne arm is not vertical but angled or perpendicular running away from the column, resulting in significantly distant off-centre weight.
- If the column & condenser is noticeably leaning.
The Create+ Voltage Controller allows for better control of cuts during a spirit run. Reducing the heat input using the voltage controller will allow for a slower controlled distillation; this makes it easier to distinguish between heads, hearts and tails. Especially useful during pot distillation or vapour infusion spirit runs.
It also allows for the ability to then increase heat input as the distillate output slows towards the end of a run. This is especially useful towards the end of a pot distillation run during the ‘tails’ of a spirit run.
Designed for use with the Create+ Boiler 25 L. Electrical Safety Certified for use in New Zealand and Australia.

Ideal for adjusting the water flow for stills. An adapter is included so the unit should work on a 22mm and 24mm threaded faucet. This unit is a needle valve design which allows accurate adjustment of the water flow.
We're all familiar with having to try and keep someone from flushing the toilet or turning the dishwasher on while we're distilling so we can get the best results. Now you don't have to worry. The Still Spirits Water Flow Regulator will help you to perfectly control your water flow, speeding up your distillation when using your still.
We have designed your own small water supply especially for your still. Connect this device to your tap, let it fill with water, and you have a reservoir of water for your still.
The Water Flow Regulator includes:
• It's own built in pump to supply water to your still
• A float valve to regulate how much water it holds
• A water flow controller, so that you can set it to the exact flow rate for your needs
• A cool reservoir to store up to 1 L of water.
With this connected to your still, you never have to worry about temperature variation again. High quality and simple to use
