Dr Rudi is a wonderful dual purpose hop that delivers a crisp bitterness along with flavours and aromas of resinous pine and fresh citrus with notes of lemongrass when used as a late addition.
Dr Rudi is great hop to use to when you want resinous pine and citrus character and can be used as a single hop or in combination with other varieties. Originally released as Super Alpha.
