Craft high quality distilled water, hydrosols, and flavoursome spirits by transforming the Create+ Boiler 25 L or Grainfather G30 into an alembic distilling system by adding the Create+ Alembic Copper Dome and condenser. *

The Alembic Copper Condenser features a 2" tri-clamp connection and the dome comes with a 2" tri-clamp to DN40 Threaded Adapter for easy connection to 2" tri-clamp accessories. The Sight Glass Botanical Basket can be used as a sight glass to monitor distillation, or the mesh filters can be attached per the instructions to convert the sight glass into a botanical basket. The sight glass will hold up to 150 g (5.2 oz) of botanicals and is suitable for fine botanicals.

Due to its copper construction and domed shape, when paired with the Alembic Condenser the Alembic Copper Dome captures and enhances the flavours and aromas from a wash, making it ideal for crafting spirits like whiskey, bourbon, rum, and gin. It is able to strip away unwanted compounds and off-flavours, improving distillate quality.

The Alembic Copper Dome comes with a 2" tri-clamp to DN40 Threaded Adapter allowing for it to be connected to 2" tri-clamp accessories, giving you the option to experiment with different setups and attachments for a truly bespoke experience. This adapter can be removed from the dome for use with older model threaded Still Spirits condensers.
