Packed with hops, the ATF Ninkasi’s Nectar imparts wave after wave of hop flavour.
Citrussy and fruity, earthy, herbal/dank, floral, and piney on top of a solid malt base with a light biscuity dryness sufficient to carry the hops and not get in the way. The bitterness is firm and palate cleansing whilst not being overpowering.

Note on Dry Hopping

We recommend reducing the temperature of the beer to 16℃ before dry hopping to reduce the risk of the dry hop causing additional fermentation (dry hop creep) and increasing the ABV of the beer above the target 3.1%.

When cooling the beer we recommend capping the fermenter and using co2 to apply positive pressure (inside the fermenter) to avoid air being sucked in as the beer cools and shrinks as this may oxidise the beer.

We recommend fermenting the ATF Tropical Krush with Mango Madness at 35℃ for 3 - 5 days before cooling the beer to 16℃ before adding the second dry hop. The ATF Extract Recipe - Mean As Juicy IPA has an amazing and complex flavour profile of tropical passionfruit, citrus, gooseberry, melon, and floral rose petal with a full soft malt background. 

This kit includes hops that require steeping, as well as multiple dry hop additions. A total of 240g of hops.
