The ATF South Pacific IPA’s aroma is bright and lifted, offering distinct notes of tangelo, fresh lime zest, ripe apricot and peach, underscored by a subtle hint of pine and a gentle resinous depth. ATF Kvazy is a Kveik Hazy thats a little bit crazy.
Utilising the phenomenal Voss Kveik, ATF Kvazy can be ready to drink in just 7 days, but it will be at its best after another week or two of cold conditioning.

The ATF IPL (India Pale Lager) brings together the clean crispness of a lager with all the hoppy goodness of an IPA.

It has a clean malt base with sufficient body to carry the layers of luscious citrus and tropical fruit flavours ending with a smooth satisfying bitterness. Notes of lemon, mandarin, orange, grapefruit, and passionfruit abound with mango and papaya in the background.

Yeast is not included in the kit. If fermenting cold we recommend using SafLager SH-45. The ideal Lager yeast to enhance hop thiol release result, crafting beers with enhanced levels of fruitiness and intensified citrus and tropical notes

If fermenting warm we recommend using: SafLager SH-45 (up to 18℃). Alternatively we recommend using Fermentis SafLager W-34/70 or Mangrove Jack's Californian Lager Yeast.
