The ATF Extract Recipe - Smooth Stout has the subtle aroma of sweet crema brewed from freshly roasted coffee on top of chocolate and nutty dark fruit caramel flavours. Unlike a traditional dry stout, the ATF Extract Recipe - Smooth Stout has no acrid bitterness or astringency from the use of large amounts of traditional dark malts.

Note on Water Profile
The recommended water profile for this beer is very soft with no more than 7ppm of any mineral.
The beer may be brewed using other water sources, but may not have the same soft delicate mouthfeel and bitterness. Rainwater, reverse osmosis water, or bottled spring water is ideal.
The ATF Belgian Blonde is easy drinking with a low, but pleasing hop bitterness. It has a target ABV of 7.3%, with subtle restrained spicy, fruity, and alcohol flavours supported by a grainy, slightly sweet Pilsner malt character and pleasant noble hop flavour and aroma. High carbonation and a medium body can contribute to a slightly creamy overall mouthfeel.
This beer will benefit from a two week (or more) period of cold conditioning.
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Mangrove Jack's Belgian Ale yeast, or you could also try Fermentis SafAle BE-256 or Lallemand Abbaye.

With an aroma full of tropical fruit upfront, lead by notes of pineapple and passionfruit, backed up with luscious citrus, the ATF Lazy Hazy Dreams draws you in. Light and smooth in the mouth with plenty of juicy hoppy flavour the ATF Lazy Hazy Dreams just disappears.

The ATF Belgian Saison is a refreshingly golden coloured ale that is wonderfully fruity and spicy. Often bottle conditioned and highly carbonated it is a great summer beer.
Yeast is not included with the kit. We recommend using Fermentis SafAle BE-134 or Lallemand Belle Saison.
Alternatively you could use Froth Wilding to create a unique New Zealand Saison.

Brew a vibrant, modern Hazy IPA showcasing the bright citrus and tropical character of Krush hops. A beer bursting with juicy citrus and tropical fruit aromas, balanced by a satisfyingly soft, smooth mouthfeel that defines the style.
To elevate the beer we recommend using WHC Mango Madness yeast to enhance the beer's inherent juiciness while adding distinct layers of ripe mango flavour and aroma. This yeast perfectly complements the Krush hops, creating a cohesive profile where citrus, pineapple, and passionfruit mingle beautifully with tropical mango notes.
Mango Madness yeast is an innovative and cutting-edge strain selected to revolutionise the brewing process with its unique aromatic profile, thermotolerant properties, and ability to accelerate fermentation. By using Mango Madness yeast, you can achieve faster turnarounds without compromising on the quality and flavour profiles of your hop forward beers.
We recommend fermenting the ATF Tropical Krush with Mango Madness at 35℃ for 3 - 5 days before cooling the beer to 16℃ before adding the second dry hop. The ATF Jolly Monk is a strong blonde, slightly gold beer with a malty aroma and a creamy mouthfeel. It has a delicate sweet malty taste with a moderate bitterness and a fantastic complex marriage of spice, fruity esters, phenolics and alcohol.

ATF Kvazy is a Kveik Hazy thats a little bit crazy.
Utilising the phenomenal Voss Kveik, ATF Kvazy can be ready to drink in just 7 days, but it will be at its best after another week or two of cold conditioning.
Dry hopped with 330g of hops, the ATF Kvazy is bursting with tropical fruit with an underlying citrus character and a full juicy mouthfeel. The ATF Kvazy is bound to become a favourite.

The ATF Old School American IPA is a classic American IPA from days gone by; displaying piney, earthy, herbal, dank, spicy, floral, and citrus (grapefruit, orange, lemon) hop flavours and aromas on a clean malty base with a hint of crystal sweetness and a firm bitterness with a dry finish.

The ATF Fullers 1845 Clone aims to replicate the strong, rich and fruity ale, that was specially commissioned to celebrate 150 years of the Fuller, Smith and Turner partnership. For best results this beer should be bottle conditioned for 100 days. Bottle conditioning should take place in a cool dark environment.

Best poured slowly, 1845 delivers a sweet, fruit cake aroma, a dark tawny colour and a dry finish that sings of spices and raisin. Those fruity characteristics harmonise perfectly with the biscuity malts amid a clever and complex range of subtle flavours, the depth of which you could only find in a live beer fermented in the bottle.

If crash cooling it is possible to cause the yeast thermal shock, which may be an issue when bottle conditioning, particularly a higher alcohol beer.

Harking back to West Coast IPA’s of yesteryear, the ATF Celebration IPA has a light body with slight caramel tones and a firm bitterness leading to a dry finish. English Strong Bitter is often referred to as English Pale Ale or Extra Special Bitters. It is characterised by a firm bitterness (often falling in the range of 30 to 50 IBUs), however it should not overpower the malt. Balance is important and most examples range from balanced to moderately bitter.
It should have a moderate hoppy flavour and aroma, with a complex malt and yeast character. It is common for caramel/crystal malts to be used.
The ATF ESB has a complex malt flavour and aroma consisting of a malty biscuity base with layers of light to dark caramel flavours. In the background are delicate fruity esters provided by the yeast.
The hopping provides a firm bitterness that nicely balances the malt character along with a pleasant resinous, citrusy, herbal flavour and aroma with a spicy undertone. Whilst the hop flavours and aromas are apparent, they do not dominate.
The beer has a full, almost silky mouthfeel, that finishes moderately dry.

A deep reddish-copper brown colour, the ATF Belgian Dubbel is a moderately strong, malty, complex ale with rich malty flavours with hints of caramel, and dried fruits.
Underpinning the rich malt is a complex range of fruity esters (plum, raisin, cherry, pear, apple, and banana), which blend beautifully with light spicy phenols (such as clove and pepper) and higher alcohols.
The rich malt and alcohol give the beer a medium - full mouthfeel, although it still finishes fairly dry.
