The ATF Chocolate Stout has a deep ebony colour and a thick creamy head. Rich, creamy, and malty sweet with roasty dark chocolate and coffee flavours and aromas, balanced by a firm bitterness and a mild floral, earthy, citrus hop character. A smooth rich chocolate undertone is provided by the addition of cacao nibs.
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Froth Rudeboy (Assumed Origin: Youngs Brewery) or Mangrove Jack's Empire Ale yeast. You could also try Mangrove Jack's Liberty Bell yeast.
In addition to the ingredients included in the kit you will also need
- 60g of cacao nibs for the 24 L batch.

The ATF Sunshine Kolsch is a clean, crisp, delicately-balanced beer with a subtle fruit and hop character. Subdued maltiness throughout leads into a pleasantly well-attenuated and refreshing finish. Freshness makes a huge difference with this beer as the delicate character can fade quickly with age.
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using either Fermentis Safale K-97 yeast or Lallemand Köln yeast.

The ATF Extract Recipe - Smooth Stout has the subtle aroma of sweet crema brewed from freshly roasted coffee on top of chocolate and nutty dark fruit caramel flavours. Unlike a traditional dry stout, the ATF Extract Recipe - Smooth Stout has no acrid bitterness or astringency from the use of large amounts of traditional dark malts.

The ATF Classic NZ Lager is a clean and crisp light bodied beer infused with the flavour of the unique Green Bullet Hops, the workhorse of traditional New Zealand breweries.
With a spicy fresh green grass aroma and clean crisp mouthfeel with a firm bitterness and dry finish, the ATF Classic NZ Lager is the Kiwi summer beer of yesteryear.
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Fermentis Saflager S-189 if fermenting cold.
If you are unable to perform a cold fermentation you can ferment warm (20℃) using Mangrove Jack's Californian Lager yeast, Fermentis SafLager W-34/70, or Lallemand NovaLager yeast.

Lallemand NovaLager
LalBrew NovaLager™ is a robust lager strain with ideal characteristics for lager beer production including fast fermentations and high attenuation. The distinct flavour profile is very clean with slight esters over a wide temperature range.
The optimal temperature range for LalBrew NovaLager™ yeast when producing traditional styles is 10 – 20°C.
Based on an English Mild Ale, the ATF Lilliputian Ale is a low ABV beer with a warm nutty malt base. It has layers of gentle dark caramel sweetness with hints of caramelised fruit and toasted toffee, blended beautifully with a smooth roast character with hints of dark chocolate. The English yeast provides a pleasant light fruitiness and slight tartness.
Unlike its English grandparent it also has a pleasant mild citrus character along with the more traditional earthy spicy character.
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Mangrove Jack's Liberty Bell yeast.
Introducing the ATF Nectabomb a Hazy IPA that is a Tropical Explosion of Flavour!
Bursting with an impressive double dry hop of 14.5 grams per liter of Nectron hops, this beer is a tantalising explosion of tropical flavours and hazy goodness that will transport you to a paradise of hoppy delight.
With each sip, Nectabomb reveals an abundant array of fruity and citrusy flavours with undertones of stone fruit that dance upon your palate.
Despite the explosion of hop flavour, Nectabomb maintains a balanced and smooth profile. A carefully selected blend of malts provides a sturdy foundation, offering a subtle sweetness that complements the hop-forward nature of the beer. The result is a well-rounded experience where the hops take centre stage, while the malt backbone provides a gentle supporting role.
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Froth Vape (Assumed Origin: Boddington’s) to produce a juicy hazy with a silky mouthfeel and great hop aroma and flavour.
Alternatively we recommend using Verdant IPA. Lallemand’s Verdant IPA yeast. LalBrew Verdant IPA yeast will produce fruity esters and is well suited to NEIPA’s. Verdant IPA yeast expresses high amounts of β-lyase enzyme promoting biotransformation accentuating hop flavour and aroma. and also produces high amounts of glycerol producing a beer with a silky mouthfeel.
You could also try Froth Spectra (Assumed Origin: Unknown (London)).Spectra can produce a spectrum of radiant flavour & aroma while exhibiting an elegant ester profile and velvety mouthfeel.
Alternatively you could use Lallemand's New England yeast. Lallemand New England produces beers with a unique fruit forward ester profile, which is sought after in NEIPA's. Through expression of a β-glucosidase enzyme, LalBrew® New England can promote hop biotransformation and accentuate hop flavour and aroma.

Bursting with passionfruit and citrus on top of a sweet malt base with a hint of toasty biscuit and a slightly creamy texture that finishes dry, the ATF Riwaka Blonde is a distinctive beer that will soon become a favourite.

The ATF Czech Amber Lager is a flavourful beer that blends the rich, toasted malt characteristics of amber ales with the smooth, crisp qualities of lagers. Note on Water Profile
The recommended water profile for this beer is very soft with no more than 7ppm of any mineral.
The beer may be brewed using other water sources, but may not have the same soft delicate mouthfeel and bitterness. Rainwater, reverse osmosis water, or bottled spring water is ideal.
Liberally hopped with Nectaron and Riwaka, the ATF Hoppy Havoc is bursting with tropical and citrus aromas with passionfruit and pineapple to the fore. Stone fruit notes join the party in the mouth along with a bright vibrant fruitiness
