This kit contains oak from freshly chipped Jack Daniels barrels along with genuine bourbon extracts and sugar maple charcoal for the best Bourbon you will have ever made.
Kit contains:
- 20gm Sugar Maple charcoal (pack 1)
- 20gm Fresh Jack Daniels Barrel Oak (pack 2)
- Gold Medal Collection Tennessee Bourbon Whiskey concentrate
Instructions:
- Soak 700ml of 70% abv spirit on pack 1 for 2 weeks.
- Decant the infused spirit into a clean vessel filltering out the sugar maple charcoal (through fillter paper if necessary)
- Soak decanted spirit on pack 2 for 1 month.
- Decant the infused spirit into a clean vessel, straining out the oak chips.
- Dilute infused spirit to 40% abv with bottled water.
- Add the 40ml bottle of Collection Tennessee Bourbon Whiskey concentrate.
- Bottle and age for a minimum of 1 month.

The Ss Tri-Clamp Brew Kettle is constructed from 304 stainless steel and features an aluminium core tri-clad bottom to foster even heating and minimise the risk of scorching and allow for the use of induction heating.
Tri-Clamp ports have long been the standard in professional brewing, and for a good reason, they're quick, sturdy, and sanitary. The Ss Tri-Clamp Brew Kettle now brings this pro-level feature to the home brewer in an affordable package.
The sturdy riveted silicone-coated handles are now located on the front and back for easy moving and dumping of the kettle while also allowing for tighter brew stand setup. Just like the original Ss Brew Kettle, the tri-clamp version features an integrated trub dam into the dip tube to minimise the pickup of trub and hop material during knockout. The result is much clearer wort making its way into the fermenter.

Ss Brewtech recommends using Trisodium Phosphate (TSP) (sold separately) for initial cleaning to remove oils, grease and any manufacturing residue.

This hose clamp features a butterfly/key type adjustment tab which makes it easier to grip onto and tighten/loosen the clamp without the need for any tools.
