With a harmonious blend of Taiheke hops on the hot side and dry-hopped with the dynamic trio of Riwaka, Nectaron, and Nelson Sauvin hops, this beer delivers an extraordinary hop-forward experience that will captivate your senses.
The combination of Gladfield Light Crystal and Toffee malt, beautifully layered upon a base of American Ale malt, creates a sturdy foundation for the hops to shine. This grain bill contributes a subtle sweetness and a touch of caramel complexity, complementing the hop profile without overpowering it.
With each sip, you'll discover the remarkable flavours that these hops bring to the forefront. The Taiheke hops, added during the whirlpool, mimicking hop dipping, infuses the beer with a vibrant burst of citrus zest, lime and grapefruit, tantalising your taste buds from the first sip. The dry hopping takes the flavour experience to new heights as the Riwaka hops provide distinctive grapefruit and resinous notes, the Nectaron hops contribute juicy tropical and stone fruit flavours, and the Nelson Sauvin hops add a distinctively vinous and white wine-like character, with hints of gooseberry and passion fruit.
Balancing the hop intensity is a moderate bitterness that showcases the hops' full potential without overwhelming the palate. Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Froth Buddy (Assumed Origin: Sierra Nevada), or Lallemand's BRY-97 West Coast Ale Yeast. You could also try Safale US-05, Lallemand Nottingham High Performance Ale Yeast, or Mangrove Jack's West Coast Yeast.

This kit is only put together when ordered. All hops are kept vacuumed sealed and refrigerated. Yeast is also kept refrigerated.
