Brick Road Craft Pacific Pale Ale 1.8Kg
This soft, light-coloured Pacific pale ale has a fresh, white-bread flavour from the wheat and ale malts, balanced by a citrus, peach and passionfruit flavours from the Galaxy hops. This Craft Beer Kit comes complete with American Ale Yeast and Melba dry hop pellets.
For a Pacific Pale Ale, we recommend you add 1.5kg Brick Road Extra Light malt extract. To boost the Pacific fruit and citrus aromas, add up to 200g of Australian hops like Galaxy, US hops like Citra or Cascade, or NZ hops like Nelson Sauvin
When made with 1.5kg Brick Road Extra Light malt extract.
