Fill any beverage into any bottle, can, jar or glass automatically with this internet connected, RAPT enabled, Cannular Can and Bottle Filler. More sanitary and easier to use than other competitors.
This Cannular Can and Bottle filler is ideally used for bottle, cans or even glasses. Using two adjustable stainless steel tubes it will use one to purge oxygen out of the vessel and then use the second one to fill the vessel to a precise level based on an internal pressure sensor.
Features
OLED Digital Display
The OLED display makes calibration super easy. It also enables you to keep track of filling speed, number of cycles/fills, purge time, fill height and also enables you to make on-the-fly adjustments to your filling requirements so you can conveniently tweak the settings while filling.
Integrated Ball Lock Connectors
The integrated ball lock connectors allow you to quickly attach your beer and gas ball lock disconnects. We recommend the use of the Duotight Ball Lock Disconnects in gas and liquid to connected to these input and outputs.
Integrated Pinch Valve
The integrated pinch valve is one of the things that makes this unit far superior to other filling machines. The pinch valve enables you to easily remove the beer line for cleaning so the stainless tube, silicone hose and yellow carbonation cap/ball lock disconnect removes completely and can be put into the dishwasher or cleaned in the sink. The pinch valve is mechanically simple and therefore reliable. It is not subject to small particles like hops getting stuck in the device and eliminates the need for pre-filtration. It pinches down on the silicone tube to shut off the flow. This design also enables laminar flow that reduces fobbing. The pinch valve improves reliability, makes it easier to operate and a piece of cake to clean.
Integrated Regulator
Other filling machines require an external regulator that may need to drop the pressure lower than your normal keg dispense pressure. This filler has an integrated regulator which saves time and setup cost. The integrated regulator means you will not damage your machine by accidentally connecting it to a high pressure gas source. You can hook up your gas line without the need for another external regulator or to fool around with your gas supply at all. Just set the integrated regulator once during setup and forget about it.
Multi-Purpose
The long stainless tubes and adjustable height make this device useful for pretty much any bottles up to 30cm heigh or cans up to 27cm heigh. It can also be used for still or carbonated beverages. So this device is useful for wine bottles, beer cans, champagne, crown seal bottles and pretty much any other bottle/can/vessel that has a neck opening greater than 15mm. It can also be used for filling glasses, jars or other vessels.
Fill Profiles
Some other machines require a full calibration to change from one vessel type to another. This machine allows you to pre-save fill profiles depending on what you are doing. Save a filling profile for your 300ml Cans and then save a different filling profile for your 750ml wine bottles. Use our pre-saved presets or alternatively make your own fill profiles with different purge time and fill height. These are also synced with the RAPT.io portal so you can save profiles and share them with friends or deploy to several other devices.
RAPT.io Connected (via Wifi)
As well as all the features above this filler connects to your Wifi and keeps track of your Cans Per Minute (CPM), fill speed and even temperature (if you purchase the external probe separately). It will log all usage information so you can keep track of how your machine is running or even keep track of you staff to make sure they are cycling the machine at an acceptable rate. The connectivity to the RAPT.io portal will enable you to more easily change settings, update profiles and keep track of your fill days so you can historically keep track of how your fill day went and which day you processed each batch.
Low DO Pickup
The quality and longevity of your beverage is often defined by how well you keep oxygen off your product. This filler purges the oxygen out of the can and will enable you to get substantially lower dissolved oxygen.
Wall Mounted Design
This type of can and bottle filler has primarily been designed for wall mounting configuration. This allows you to bring a can or bottle up to the filler from the underside of the unit. To wall mount this unit you can download and print this template.

Crisp, clean, and ultra-refreshing, the ATF Japanese Rice Lager is a light-bodied brew with a delicate malt backbone and a smooth, dry finish. Brewed with rice for a subtle sweetness and enhanced drinkability, it delivers a brilliantly clear, golden pour. Perfectly refreshing and exceptionally smooth, this lager is a go-to for those who appreciate a refined, easy-drinking beer with a touch of Japanese brewing elegance.
Yeast is not included in the kit. If fermenting cold we recommend using Froth Krisp (Assumed Origin: Weinhenstephan), Fermentis SafLager W-34/70, or Lallemand Diamond Lager Yeast.
If fermenting warm we recommend using Fermentis SafLager W-34/70 or Mangrove Jack's Californian Lager Yeast.
Mangrove Jack's Californian Lager Yeast
Mangrove Jack's Californian Lager yeast is a unique lager strain that has the ability to ferment at ale temperatures and still provide a typical lager flavour profile.
Fermentis SafLager W-34/70
Sensory testing performed by Fermentis on W-34/70 shows that it is a very robust yeast capable of providing a clean neutral flavour profile across a wide range of fermentation temperatures (12℃ - 20℃). Click here to download the Fermentis iPhone app for more information.
Note on Water Profile
The recommended water profile for this beer is very soft with no more than 7ppm of any mineral.
The beer may be brewed using other water sources, but may not have the same soft delicate mouthfeel and bitterness. Rainwater, reverse osmosis water, or bottled spring water is ideal.

Mango Madness yeast is an innovative and cutting-edge strain selected to revolutionise the brewing process with its unique aromatic profile, thermotolerant properties, and ability to accelerate fermentation. By using Mango Madness yeast, you can achieve faster turnarounds without compromising on the quality and flavour profiles of your hop forward beers.
Mango Madness produces a guava and mango aroma and gives high levels of biotransformation, a diacetyl rest is not needed with this yeast strain. A dry hop can be performed at temperatures in the 15-25°C degree range and associated hop creep is lower then other IPA strains. Mango Madness yeast thrives in high-temperature environments, allowing for fermentation at elevated temperatures beyond the capabilities of traditional yeast strains. This thermotolerance not only enables brewers to shorten fermentation and conditioning times significantly but also reduces energy costs associated with cooling.

Popular for lower ABV styles and classic cask alike WHC Lab's Low Rider Mk2 is a low attenuating yeast, guaranteed to help your booze cruise in style. It is a yeast species that cannot ferment maltotriose, leaving the attenuation in the mid 60s – depending on the mash temperature and grain bill used. The use of this yeast is focused on table/session styles and non-alcoholic beers.
This updated strain produces a moderate amount of biotransformation and glycerol production helping the table beer have a fuller mouthfeel and complexity. This yeast strain showcases an extraordinary ability to accentuate tropical and citrus hop aromas, bringing a burst of juicy pineapple, mango, and citrus notes to the forefront of the beer.

8L Keg Oxebar Monolayer Keg With Cap and Handle (PCO38)
This great value re-usable plastic keg is the best way to store your home brew in a smaller sized container than traditional 19 litre corny kegs. The small 8 liter size is convenient, light weight and perfect for sharing beverages with friends.
This 8L keg is light weight, compact and has high oxygen barrier properties with 3x better (less) gas transmission than traditional PET grades of plastic making it suitable for beer storage or other oxygen sensitive carbonated and non-carbonated beverages.
This product is sold with the PCO38 cap however if you would like to dispense this product through a draft system we recommend the use of the PCO38 Tapping Head. The tapping head is sold separately and allows you to attach standard ball lock disconnects and add a pressure relief valve to the top of this keg design.
What is Oxebar Mono
Oxebar Mono is a PET polymer blend that utilises several polymers blended together to significantly improve gas barrier properties. When compared with standard PET plastic Oxebar Mono is able to reduce oxygen ingress and CO2 loss so your precious beverage is preserved and shelf life extended by x3. We recommend this product for beer stored in keg up to 6 months.
Dimensions
Diameter:155mm
Height: 520mm
Do not Exceed 4 Bar / 58psi or 45°C
Periodic Hydrotesting Requirement
All pressure vessels should be hydrotested periodically. This is a very simple process and it's nothing to be feared. We recommend that this container be pressure tested every 2 years up to 6 bar. The instructions for this are:
1. Remove RED PRV and fit GREY PRV (you can borrow one of these from a 19L keg.
2. Fill keg to the absolute brim with water. DO NOT forget this step.
3. Use bike pump, CO2 regulator, air compressor or any other pressure source to pressurize the keg to 6 bar.
4. Hold the keg at 6 bar for 1 minute.
5. Release the pressure and immediately remove GREY prv and swap back to RED prv.
Note: This test should be done with the keg and water in the keg at room temperature 15-30°C
