ATF Red Rye IPA

With its striking red colour and bold flavours, the ATF Red Rye IPA is a beer that dazzles both the eyes and the palate.

A blend of Gladfield malts delivers toasted bread, dried fruit and dark fruit undertones (think plum and currant), and subtle biscuit sweetness, with the Rye Malt adding a spicy rye kick and a velvety mouthfeel.

This malt combo layers earthy complexity and a luminous red hue, while Centennial, Amarillo, and Chinook hops ignite the senses with resinous pine, zesty grapefruit, floral orange blossom, and lemon aromas. A sensory journey where spicy malt depth collides with vibrant citrus-piney hop intensity

True to the West Coast IPA style, firm bitterness cuts through the malt richness, balancing the rye’s peppery edge with a crisp, dry finish.

Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Froth Buddy (Assumed Origin: Sierra Nevada), or Lallemand's BRY-97 West Coast Ale Yeast. You could also try Safale US-05, Lallemand Nottingham High Performance Ale Yeast, or Mangrove Jack's West Coast Yeast.
