Ahtanum™ - 100g

Ahtanum is an American hop bred by Yakima Valley.

It is an aromatic hop; sweet, peppery, and piney with a distinct citrus character with notes of lemon and grapefruit.

Ahtanum’s distinct citrus character led to it being used as the single hop in Dogfish Head’s Blood Orange Heffeweisen and Stone Brewing’s Pale Ale.
