Cascade - 100g

Cascade is the quintessential American hop. Released in 1972 it remains a very popular and widely used hop.

It has a distinct spicy citrus aroma with hints of grapefruit and is well suited to just about any ale and lager, although its is particularly popular in American Pale Ales.
