Centennial - 100g

Often referred to as super Cascade, Centennial imparts a citrus, most notably grapefruit, floral, herbal, and spicy character.

It is a popular hop amongst American craft brewers, mostly notably used by Russian River in Pliny the Elder, and The Alchemist in Heady Topper.
