Gladfield Ale Malt

Gladfield Ale Malt is a highly friable base malt made from two-row English bred winter barley. 

It is lightly toasty with warm biscuit flavours reminiscent of unsweetened granola. It produces a beer with a full body and flavour and the light toasty malt character of an English style ale malt.

It is well suited to the production of malt forward ales and lagers such as English Ales (Bitters, Mild's, Brown's etc), Pale Ales, IPA's, Porters, Stouts and many more.

Up to 100% as base malt
