Gladfield Medium Crystal Malt

Gladfield Crystal Malt has been saccharified to begin the conversion of starch to sugars. The malt is then roasted and the sugars crystalised to provide sweet flavours.

Medium Crystal provides body and a dark caramel sweetness with a slight toasty, roasted character.
