Wai iti is a fine aroma hop that imparts flavours and aromas that are a blend of stone fruit such as ripe peach and apricot. Used as a late addition or as a dry hop it creates a fruity driven aroma that will not disappoint. 

Wai iti can be used in a variety of styles, both as a single hop or in combination with other varieties.
