Waimea is a high alpha hop with fruity citrus and pine characters.
It can be used at the beginning of the boil right through to the dry hop, providing a quality bitterness and abundant fruity citrus and pine characters. A big hop for big beers.
It can be used in a variety of styles and is particularly well suited to New World Pale Ales, IPA's, and Lagers.
