Wakatu is a fine dual purpose hop with a heady mix of floral and citrus characters.
It can be used from the beginning of the boil through to the dry hop, providing excellent flavour and aroma.
It is a versatile hop used in many beer styles. A real standout out when used in multiple, high additions in big ales or in smaller amounts to temper the sweetness of a full malt lager.
