ATF Old School APA

The ATF Old School APA is a classic American Pale Ale from days gone by. It has a deep punchy hoppiness with dank, earthy, and herbal tones blended with a floral citrus character on a layered caramel malt base with a dry finish accentuated by a firm smooth bitterness.

Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Froth Buddy (Assumed Origin: Sierra Nevada), or Lallemand's BRY-97 West Coast Ale Yeast. You could also try Safale US-05, Lallemand Nottingham High Performance Ale Yeast, or Mangrove Jack's West Coast Yeast.
