Cider Enhancer – Best for boosting crisp, refreshing cider!
Our Cider Enhancer infuses a special blend of apple juice concentrate, invert sugar syrup and glucose syrup. It has been carefully designed to be used with a range of cider styles.
Use as an alternative to dextrose to elevate the flavour, body and mouthfeel of your cider.
These 29L stainless steel vessels are designed just like a commercial beer keg but with a large 10cm (4inch) tri-clover opening at the top so you can easily get inside the keg to clean it out. This new 29L size is perfect for doing 20-25L batches so you have a bit of spare head space inside the Kegmenter.
This Kegmenter is bundled with a stainless 4inch tri-clamp ball lock lid which will enable you to turn your kegmenter into a unitank fermenter, and pressurisable so it can also be used as a keg.
The Kegmenter can hold 2.5bar which makes it possible to carbonate and ferment in the same vessel. You can either carbonate naturally with the use of our adjustable pressure relief valve (spunding valve) or if you are using a CO2 gas cylinder you can force carbonate.
Being able to hold pressure also means you can push the beer out of the fermenter directly through a filter or even dispense directly from fermenter to draft beer tap if you wanted to.
The chimes on the Kegmenters have specifically been designed to be taller than normal chimes so they are high enough to give clearance over the stainless posts on the Ball Lock Post Lid. This means the Kegmenters can be stacked. The interlocking stacking chimes means the kegs can be safely stacked up to 4 high.

The Still Spirits Air Still Infusion Basket is a stainless-steel basket suitable to infuse your neutral distilled spirit with botanicals such as juniper, lemon, orange peel, cinnamon sticks, chilli or other flavouring ingredients. The basket is easily attached to the underside of the Air Still lid by aligning the indentation on the basket with the nodes on the lid.
The Air Still has a hole under the lid where vapour enters and condenses in the cooling coil before coming out as liquid alcohol. It has come to our attention that a few customers are finding pieces of botanicals stuck within the cooling coil. This may cause unwanted pressure build-up inside of the unit.
To prevent this, when using the Still Spirits Air Still Infusion Basket we suggest:
- Use a muslin cloth, hop bag or tea bag when using small botanical materials such as dried herbs and spices.
- Use plant material that are larger than the hole under the lid i.e. larger than 1cm in diameter.
- We do not recommend turning the top of the Air Still upside down when inserting the basket. Make sure no material falls into the hole.
With the Grainfather Sparge Water Heater 40L, you can heat and keep up to 40L of sparge water at a specified temperature until it's needed. This means you can focus on the rest of your brew day, without having to worry about how or when you're going to heat a large volume of sparge water, and avoid the need to use 2 (or more) smaller volume heaters.
The unit heats up to 40L (10.6 US Gal) of sparge water in approx. 50 minutes, so you can simply start heating during the mash, and can forget about it until it's time to sparge.

Used for making drier, lower carb beer styles. Add with the yeast to break down more of the malt sugars which allows the yeast to ferment them for a lower carb, drier beer. This enzyme may extend fermentation time so ensure the specific gravity is stable for 3 days prior to bottling.

This handy little strap will make cleaning and transport your FermZilla All Rounder 30L or 60L an absolute breeze. Simply attach through both sections of the base in the orientation you wish. Slide up and out of the little buckle pieces making sure that the buckle is facing towards you, then strap in and strap down!
The Strap is long enough for the 60L and 30L. We recommend rolling up the excess strap and paper clipping or cutting to suit the 30L.

No clamps necessary, however we do recommend cutting your hosing straight, not on an angle, to ensure the line has a complete seal. To remove the fitting simply push in the collet and the hose can be removed.
These push in fittings are suitable to be used up to 100 psi.
These push in fittings have been engineered for maximised performance in both gas and liquid applications. Duotight takes the double safety approach to all of the connections with two EPDM o-rings per hose port.

A tomato based distillers yeast for cleaner spirit and higher yield compared to other turbo yeasts. Ferments 6Kg of sugar down to 0.985 in seven days.
Instructions
Add entire contents to 25 litres of warm water containing 6kg of sugar (SG01.090). Mix vigorously. Fit fermenter with an airlock on day 3. Keep at 25℃-30℃ until fermentation is complete (sg-0.985).
Ultra 8 Super Yeast is a high quality yeast capable of fermenting 6kg of sugar in 48 hours or 8kg in 5 days.
Instructions
Pour 21 litres of 40℃ water into your fermenter. Add 6kg of sugar (for 14% alcohol in 48 hours) or 8kg of sugar (for 20% alcohol in 5 days). Mix well until completely dissolved and then 1 sachet of Stillmaster Ultra 8 yeast and stir for 1 minute.
Leave to ferment at 20℃ - 32℃. Fermentation time will vary depending temperature.
Use with Icon Liqueurs Shamrock Cream 330 ml to create an Irish whiskey style flavouring with a distinct, sweet and creamy taste, and subtle notes of chocolate and coffee.
Mixing Instructions
Shake well before use. Pre-mix 70 ml of warm water with 250 ml of 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka. Add the mixture into the Still Spirits Cream Liqueur Base 215 g while whisking thoroughly. Add this flavouring and top up to 1 L with 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka.
A distinctive sweet and creamy taste, with subtle notes of chocolate and coffee. Combine this with a base and neutral spirit or vodka to create a premium top shelf taste experience.
Whirfloc is an extract of red seaweed specifically formulated as a fining agent which clarifies wort and improves wort sedimentation. This leads to a cleaner and more efficient fermentation.
This comes in quick dissolving, highly soluble tablet form, with 10 tablets in a pack. Add 1 tablet per 19-23 L batch about 15 minutes before the end of the boil.
The Temp Twister allows you to heat and cool your FermZilla or other fermenter or bright tank, ideally by combining with a glycol chiller. This coil can be adapted to fit any fermenter or bright tank that has an opening of 110mm diameter or larger. Simply drill to two 22mm holes in the lid of your fermenter and use the included Duotight bulkhead fittings to attach the coil to the lid of your fermenter.

Made from HDPE and 304 Grade stainless steel, this product can be boiled or sanitised in the full range of cleaners that we sell. The plastic HDPE is over moulded onto the stainless mesh to make a seamless finish. The end cap can easily pop off for cleaning.
How frustrating is hops getting blocked in your poppet, tap, ball valves and practically everywhere else. This handy little filter can be used on your silicone floating dip tubes to prevent hops or other solids getting sucked into the dip tube itself. The 304 stainless 80 mesh is fine enough to filter out hops and many other solids but not so fine that it gets blocked up easily. If you have a FermZilla or stainless Kegmenter this add on extra is a must.

Take the work out of cleaning corny kegs, carboys and brewing vessels with the Bucket Blaster keg and fermenter cleaner. The Bucket Blaster is a great way to get your kegs, fermenters, fermzilla, carboy's or other brewery gear clean while you attend to other tasks.
Simply set up the keg washer basin with your cleaner or sanitiser, set a keg or carboy on over the jet nozzle, power up pump and let the keg washer do the work.
This unit comes with a 15L bucket which doubles as a storage container when you are not using the system. Some other keg washers come with a very small reservoir making it a pain to move, liquid spills over the sides easily and generally they just do not work as well. This unit has a large 15L bucket making it much less likely for you to spill liquid on your floor.
This system includes a 2000 litre per hour pump, the 15L bucket, a powerful jet nozzle, 3/8 EVABarrier tubing, a Duotight tee piece, a grey and a black ball lock disconnect and the stainless stand.

This new EVA Double walled tubing is made with an EVA outer wall and also an inner proprietary polymer barrier.
Outer Barrier
The outer barrier has accurately extruded tolerances and made from an EVA material. It also seals well when used with various DuoTight, John Guest or other push in fittings. The outer barrier gives the tubing excellent kink resistance so the line is able to bend around a tight radius without kinking.
Inner Barrier
The inner barrier is made from a proprietary polymer that provides an excellent gas barrier. The significantly better barrier properties means your beer is better protected from oxygen and also has a better barrier to CO2 loss. So your beer will stay fresher for longer and not loose carbonation like other beer line types. In some beer line types you may notice that the beer sitting in the lines starts to taste flat and/or oxidised when sitting in the lines for an extended period. EVABarrier tubing is better in this regard and you will notice a significantly improved freshness of your beer especially if it's been sitting in the lines.
Due to the high density and smooth nature of the EVABarrier inner barrier the tubing internal surface is super smooth and almost completely impermeable. This makes it difficult for bacteria and other microbes to attach to the inside surface of the tubing.
