Mosaic ™ - 100g

Mosaic was breed from Simcoe and Nugget and has been referred to as "Citra on steroids".

Mosaic can be used for bittering as well as flavour and aroma. It provides a clean hoppy character with flavours of mango, citrus, pine, and herbs, and aromas of tropical fruits and stone fruits.

It can be used in single hop beers and is particularly well suited to American Pale Ales (APA) and American IPA's.

It is used by Garage Project in their sought after and sometimes hard to find Party and Bullshit, where it blends beautifully with Simcoe.
