Simcoe ® - 100g

Simcoe is an incredibly popular hop used for bittering, flavour, and aroma.

It is pleasantly fruity with an earthy, herbal, and piney aroma, and provides a quality bitterness.

It is used by Panhead in their very popular Supercharger APA along with Citra and Centennial, and by Garage Project in their sought after and sometimes hard to find Party and Bullshit, where it blends beautifully with Mosaic.

It has been referred to as “Cascade on steroids”.
