Nukatap Concave / Angle Collar - Black
This is the hard reinforced plastic piece that wedges between the beer tower font and the shank.
If you are wanting to mix up your Kegerator / Draught System with a bit of black flair, this would be a great place to start if you already have Stainless Steel Shanks and don't want to spend money on an entire shank again.
It is important to note to be gentle with these black parts as scratches will show up more clearly compared to the Stainless Steel look versions.
Note: shank not included.

Brick Road Mexican Cerveza: A Crisp & Refreshing Corona Style Lager
Experience the taste of pure refreshment with our Mexican Cerveza kit. This classic lager is brilliantly light and clean, making it the ultimate thirst-quencher for a warm afternoon or social gathering. Enjoy with a fresh slice of lime for an authentic, crisp finish.
What You'll Brew:
-
Aroma & Flavour: A clean, crisp profile with a subtle malt sweetness and a smooth, low-medium hop bitterness. The perfect canvas for a squeeze of lime.
-
Appearance: A beautiful, pale straw colour, clear and bright.
-
Character: Incredibly light-bodied, refreshing, and easy-drinking. Brew your own perfect session beer for any fiesta.
Your Brewing Journey, Made Simple:
This all-in-one can contains our exceptional hopped wort—the foundation of your great beer. Just follow these steps for an authentic, refreshing Cerveza:
-
Mix & Make it Your Own: Empty the contents of the can into your fermenter. Add about 3 litres of hot water and stir thoroughly to dissolve the concentrated wort. Then, add your 1kg of brewing sugar (dextrose) and stir again until fully dissolved. Finally, top up the fermenter with cold water to reach the 23-litre mark.
-
Pitch & Ferment: Sprinkle in the included New World Lager Yeast. Seal your fermenter and place it in a stable, room-temperature environment (this versatile hybrid yeast can be fermented at up to 22°C). The active fermentation will typically be complete within 3 to 7 days. You'll know it's slowing down when the vigorous bubbling in the airlock subsides.
-
Dry Hop (Optional) & Condition:
If you are dry-hopping, this is the time to do it. Just as the active fermentation is finishing (e.g., around days 3-5), add your hops. For an authentic touch, use 10-30g of noble hops like Tettnanger, Hallertau, or Saaz, or try local versions like Motueka or Wakatu. Adding them at this stage means the remaining active yeast will consume any oxygen introduced when you open the fermenter, protecting your beer from oxidation. After any dry hop addition, allow the beer to condition for another 3 to 7 days. This gives the yeast time to "clean up" any off-flavours and allows the hop particles to settle. -
Carbonate, Lime & Enjoy: Once conditioning is complete, bottle your beer with carbonation drops. Store the bottles at room temperature for 1-2 weeks to allow for natural carbonation before chilling, adding a slice of lime, and enjoying your fresh, home brewed Cerveza.
Approximate Specifications (for 23L batch with 1kg dextrose):
-
ABV Range: Brew it as a sessionable Low (2.6%) or a classic Mid (4.8%) strength.
-
Colour: Pale Straw (5 EBC)
-
Bitterness: Low-Medium (17 IBU)
-

Nelson Sauvin™ 2026 Harvest
Batch: 26-220
Alpha: 11.90%
Beta: 6.70%
An aroma /dual purpose flavour hop with distinctive New World white wine characters
Breeding:
Nelson Sauvin Brand 85-03-06 is a triploid variety bred from the New Zealand variety Smoothcone and a selected New Zealand male. Developed by New Zealand's Plant & Food Research and released in 2000, the essential oil profile displays characteristics of fresh crushed gooseberries a descriptor often used for the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc, giving rise to this variety's name.
Selection:
Described during selection as breathtaking Nelson Sauvin has the unique ability to impart a distinctive cool climate white wine fruitiness. The complexity of the oils profile has seen selectors stretched looking for descriptors to document this unique new world variety.
Brewing:
A hop that may require judicious application in the brew house, this truly unique dual-purpose variety can be used to produce big punchy Ales as well as subtle aroma driven Lagers. The fruitiness may be a little overpowering for the un-initiated, however those with a penchant for bold hop character will find several applications for this true brewer's hop.
'The quintessential New Zealand hop'
Applications:
Very much at home in the new-world styles such as American Pale Ale and IPAs. This hop is considered by some as being extreme and it certainly makes it presence felt in speciality craft and seasonal beers while having gained a considerable international reputation in recent times.
Our take on James Squire 150 Lashes. Brick Road Gold Lager malt is already hopped to the perfect level for this delicious Pale Ale. Mix with 1kg of Brick Road Extra Light DME, and Dry hop with 25g Amarillo. Top to 18L for approx. 5% ABV. Old school good!
This kit includes:
- 1.5 kg Brick Road Gold Lager
- 1 kg Brick Road Extra Light DME
- 1 pkt US-05 Yeast
- 25 g Amarillo hops
Instructions
-
Clean and sanitise fermenter, spoon, cup and jug.
-
Soften the malt cans in hot water for about 5 minutes.
-
Pour 2 litres of boiling water into your 5L jug. Open the can and pour the contents into the jug.
-
Mix the concentrated wort and water well, then pour into your fermenter. Add 1kg Brick Road DME. Don't worry if the DME clumps - it will dissolve over time. Top up with cold quality brewing water to 15L for approx. 5% ABV. Ensure the wort temperature is 18℃-22℃. Vigorously stir the wort with a large spoon to oxygenate it. Sprinkle the yeast over the wort.
-
Seal the fermenter lid and insert airlock. Ideally ferment at 18℃-22℃ for 10 - 14 days.
-
On Day 5 of Fermentation, add the 25g Amarillo hops.
-
After 10 days, check the gravity. If the SG remains steady for three days, fermentation is complete. If in doubt, leave a few more days for better results. Keg or bottle your brew.

High Protein Specialty Malts
The term “chitting” in malt represents the first stage of germination, where the barley has taken up enough moisture from steeping to start the magic process of converting starch into soluble sugars. Chit malt has a particularly high level of inherent starter enzymes, which contribute significantly to improving the conversion of starch, thus increasing the yield.
Precisely how Chit Malt can improve a beer’s mouthfeel and head retention results from when we kiln the malt; during the early stages of starch modification. Kilning at this point leaves long protein chains in the malt from the enzymes produced at chitting. These remain in the beer at higher levels, after fermentation.
Beers produced with Chit Malts retain higher protein content and these proteins contribute to increased levels of foam-positive proteins and improved head retention. They can also impart added mouthfeel, particularly in direr beer styles like Sours and Saisons.
Chit Malt is a great alternative to using raw adjuncts. The flavour impact in a beer is minimum if used at rates between 1-4%, with subtle green, grassy, raw grain flavours developing when used in higher percentages.
Chit Wheat offers new options for your Saisons, Sours, Low alcohol beers or Hazy Pale Ales and IPA's.
Chit Wheat can add noticeable body and velvety mouthfeel, due to wheat’s high protein content, combined with killing it at the chitting stage. Use alone, as a substitute for raw, flaked and rolled grains or in conjunction with Chit Barley.
The higher enzymatic activity in Chit Malt can also increase mash efficiency and starch conversion rates when paired with these cheaper, unmodified cereal grains.

Superdelic
Batch: 26-156
Alpha: 9.700%
Beta: 3.30%
The unique oil chemistry profile of this hop produces unique flavours and aromas of Red Fruit, Candy/ Lolly, Citrus, and Tropical Fruit.
Breeding
Superdelic™ (Trial Hop • NZH-102) is a triploid variety (cultivar) that was crossed by Dr. Ron Beatson in 2012 through our partnership breeding program with Plant and Food Research.
Having performed well in the small plot trials and showing sensory attributes of red fruit in early brewing trials it was fast tracked by our Grower Committee to the NZ Hops trial hop farm in 2017. It exhibited great performance in the field with a vigorous growth pattern, resistance to mite damage, and high yield.
Selection
This exceptional hop is a playful number, with red fruit, candy, citrus and tropical fruit characteristics, offering brewers something totally different to use in their craft.
Brewing
In a Hazy IPA it revealed its ripe mango, sweet berry, and citrus notes. We also noticed its unique performance, with great biotransformation properties from dry hopping during active fermentation. It is an incredible addition to our brewery. We were lucky to be one of the first to try it.” says Mike Sutherland, Director at Sawmill Brewery.
Applications
A versatile hop that can be used as a single hop addition and has great synergies in combination with other hops. Pairs well with Citra, Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Riwaka.
Used for measuring small volumes and when using a hydrometer or alcometer.
Useable depth (approx): 220mm
Talus ™ delivers big aromas of pink grapefruit, citrus rinds, dried roses, pine resin, tropical fruits and sage. These unique and impactful aromas remain throughout the brewing process and create great synergies with many different hop brands and varieties.
