A bored bung that tapers from 26mm across the top to 19mm across the bottom. Fits the Mangrove Jacks 25L Stainless Steel Fermenter.
A bored silicon bung for use with an airlock. It is 38mm at the top tapering down to 25mm at the bottom.
A 2L borosilicate Erlenmeyer conical flask that is ideal for yeast starters using a stir plate such as the Wort Whipper..
Safety warnings:
**Please still exercise care when handling these and any other Borosilicate glass.**
There is a common misconception that Borosilicate glass is virtually bulletproof and can handle any dramatic temperature that is thrown at it. This is not strictly true.
Though it does have an incredible ability to withstand sudden and drastic temperature shocks compared to your average soda-lime glass, it should still be treated consciously with care.
Cool all glassware slowly to prevent breakage, unless you are using VYCOR glassware which can go from high heat to ice water with no damage.
Do not take your boiled flask directly from the stovetop straight into a bath of ice water. Though some people do this without failure, borosilicate glass is not designed for such an application. Please allow the flask to cool for a few minutes before running under water, before placing into an ice bath; the slower you introduce your flasks to temperature changes, the longer it will last. Going from fire to ice in a matter of seconds will introduce incredible amounts of stress to the glass structure. While the glass may be able to withstand this some of the time, other times you may not be so lucky. If the temperature differential is big enough, it will shatter. All Borosilicate glass will break eventually after a number of heat/cool cycles, it is impossible to give an exact number to determine when, but this is a natural an inherent feature of the material.
Please do not boil your flasks dry or dry them out using a stove. The temperature for drying should not exceed 140°C, which a naked flame can easily exceed.
Do not heat glassware that is etched, cracked, chipped, nicked, or scratched. It is more prone to break.
Do not heat glassware directly on electrical heating elements. Excessive stress will be induced in the glass, and this can result in breakage.
Small Bubbles that are less than 5mm and not located directly on the bottom of the flask is an acceptable manufacturing blemish as per our instruction from multiple manufacturers of glass.

Don't let dirty beer lines ruin your hard-earned pour. The Brewmaster Beer Line Cleaner is a professional-grade, powerful 500ml steriliser and sediment cleaner designed to give you crystal-clear beer and uncompromised flavour from the keg to the glass.
Why Regular Cleaning is Non-Negotiable
Cleaning your beer lines isn't just a chore; it's critical for quality and safety. Over time, lines accumulate:
- Yeast & Sediment: Creates off-flavours and cloudy beer.
- Beer Stone & Biofilm: A hardened scale that harbours bacteria, spoiling the true taste of your beer.
- Mould & Bacteria: Can not only affect taste but also pose a health risk.
Neglecting your lines means serving stale, flat-tasting beer and damaging your expensive equipment. A regular cleaning schedule with Brewmaster ensures every pour is fresh, crisp, and flavourful.
Key Features & Benefits
- All-in-One Power: Effectively cleans and sterilises all beer lines and kegs, removing stubborn sediment, beer stone, and flavour-tainting biofilm.
- Unmatched Endorsement: Approved by all major breweries, so you can use it with absolute confidence in any professional or home setup.
- Rigorous Standards: Formulated to meet the high standard of ANZFSA C38 Approval, guaranteeing its safety and efficacy for food contact surfaces.
- Concentrated & Cost-Effective: A powerful alkaline-based concentrate (25% alkaline salts) means a little goes a long way, providing excellent value.
- Easy to Use: Simply circulate a 5% solution (100ml in 2 litres of warm water) for 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. It’s a quick process for a massive quality payoff.
- Proudly Local: Manufactured in Auckland, NZ, supporting local industry and ensuring a reliable supply.
Simple Usage Instructions
- Mix: Dilute 100ml of Brewmaster Cleaner into 2 litres of warm water.
- Circulate: Run the solution through your beer lines and keg for 15 minutes.
- Rinse: Thoroughly flush the system with clean, warm water.
- Reconnect & Enjoy: Your system is now clean, sterile, and ready to pour the perfect beer!

Potassium Metabisulphite is a sulphur-based compound that is used primarily to sterilise wine and cider making equipment and to protect the finished product. It works by releasing sulphur dioxide (SO2) into the wine, which helps to kill bacteria and inhibit the growth of most wild yeast, ensuring a clean and controlled fermentation.
It can also be used to eliminate both free chlorine and the more stable form, chloramine, from brewing and make-up water.
One gram of potassium metabisulphite will impart approximately 60 parts-per-million of sulphur dioxide (SO2) to each litre of wine. (Please note that this is an approximation; the exact amount of free SO2 can depend on the pH and tannin content of the wine).
As a guide, to treat wine must: Add 0.2g of potassium metabisulphite per litre of juice. Pre-dissolve it in a small quantity of cool water before adding to the must. Allow the must to ventilate in an open container for 24 hours before adding your chosen yeast.
It can also be used as a dependable all-round powdered sanitiser suited to almost any brewing or distilling setup. Ideal for those who want a classic sulphite-based sanitising method that is effective, economical, and widely used in home brewing. Helps prevent spoilage by controlling wild yeast and bacteria on equipment surfaces.
Instructions for use as a sanitiser:
Wash cleaned equipment (fermenters, bottles, siphons, etc.) in a solution of 40 g Potassium Metabisulphite to 4.5 L of warm water. Allow equipment to stand for 30 minutes to dry, then rinse with clean cold water before use.
Ingredients: Potassium Metabisulphite 100%.

BrewZilla + DigiBoil S.S Adjustable Lid Clamps - Short (4pcs/set).
Get the exact tension you need with your BrewZilla, DigiBoil or even GrainFather with Kegland's Stainless Steel Adjustable Clamp Set. Adjust to your specification.
This set of 4 adjustable stainless steel clamp set suits the 35L and 65L BrewZilla Gen 3 all the way to Gen 4 as well as all 35L and 65L DigiBoils. It also suits the 12L and 24L Boiler Extensions.
How to instructions:
- You will need a pair of bolt cutters or tin snips to cut the current clamp off. (Please see product photos for optimum cut location)
- Remove the nut and bolt and thread it through the clamp. Ensure that the grooved part is facing outwards (photo for reference). If you do not have the grooved part facing outwards, the clamp will found on the round lip of the boiler.
- Loosen the bolts and spin the clamp up or down to adjust the tension. Use the nuts to lock the desired tension. It is always best to start looser than you think, then adjust tighter.
WARNING: Do not use the clamps or adjustable clamps with a glass lid, the clamps are only designed for metal steam condenser or distillation lids.
Please note: All Gen 4 35L, 65L BrewZillas will come with these in the near future as standard. Please check the body of the description/photos to confirm.

PPSU is an excellent choice for components that are exposed to high temperatures (up to 200°C) and corrosive media due to its exceptional chemical resistance. As well as being extremely impact resistant.
We have decided to use this type of plastic because it also has superior thermal and mechanical properties with the added benefit of being transparent. This will allow us to injection mold intricate parts that would have been near impossible to do in stainless steel or lab-grade glass. Because this is a very unique type of plastic, it comes at a much higher cost per kg than other industrial plastics. So much so that it costs more than stainless steel.
Do you want to brew indoors but don't want the roof to get all sticky?
