ATF Extract Recipe - Single Hop Series Idaho 7 IPA

The ATF Extract Recipe - Single Hop Series Idaho 7 IPA is a great aromatic beer displaying  pungent tropical fruit and citrus (think apricot, orange, red grapefruit, papaya) with big notes of resiny pine and hints of black tea.

This kit includes malt and hops that require steeping.

Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Froth Buddy (Assumed Origin: Sierra Nevada), or Lallemand's BRY-97 West Coast Ale Yeast. You could also try Safale US-05, Lallemand Nottingham High Performance Ale Yeast, or Mangrove Jack's West Coast Yeast.

• Mangrove Jack's Pure Liquid Malt Extract 1.2g
• Mangrove Jack's Brewblend No. 20 1kg
  
• Gladfield Toffee Malt  (requires steeping)
• Idaho 7 200g (in two vacuum sealed foil bags; one for steeping & one for dry hopping)

Additional Equipment Needed

• Stainless steel pot large enough to comfortably hold 10 litres.
  
• Stainless steel spoon to stir wort.
