This pack includes step-by-step instructions to guide you in crafting your very own blend of Gin using the Air Still Pro, Air Still, T500 Reflux Still or T500 Alembic Pot Still. 
Craft three different styles: 

• London Dry Style Gin: Makes a bright, crisp, and refreshing London Dry style gin with notes of pine and citrus, and a warm pepperiness on the palate.  

• Mint Leaf Style Gin: Makes a refreshingly crisp mint leaf style gin, juniper forward with bright notes of citrus and mint.
