Alcotec 24 turbo yeast will go from zero to 14%ABV in around 24 hours if the ambient temperature is correct. Because of the very powerful fermentation we recommend not to use any obstructions such as airlock etc.
Because of the internal heat generated during the explosive fermentation, it is important to avoid too high of an ambient room temperature. If you have an area with an ambient temperature of 18℃ - 22℃ that will work well. Below 18℃ the fermentation may slow down and not finish in 24 hours. Above 22℃ and the fermentation may create off flavours.
The best liquid temperature is 25C (temperature of the wash, not the ambient temperature) but this is difficult to achieve this without good temperature control.
Alcotec 48 Turbo Yeast is a state of the art formula based around a "pure" yeast strain which is temperature and high alcohol tolerant. With the unique precisely composed nutrition, containing the nitrogen source, pH regulator, trace minerals, vitamins and an antifoaming agent, it is the perfect yeast compound for creating a high alcohol wash.

Instructions
- Completely dissolve 6 kg of white sugar or dextrose in 10 litres of hot water.
- Add cold water to bring the total volume to 25 litres, ensuring the wash temperature is between 25°C and 35°C.
- Add the Essencia Super 6 yeast packet and stir thoroughly.
- Maintain the fermentation temperature between 20°C and 35°C, with 28°C being optimal.
- Fermentation will take approximately 5-7 days, and your target specific gravity (SG) should be 0.988 or lower.

Instructions

2. Prepare 21 L of water at 30C

4. Stir until dissolved

6. Add Pure Distilling Premium Spirit Yeast and stir again
7. Replace lid and leave for 10 days
8.Measure with a hydrometer
9. If higher than 990, then stir and check again in 2 days. If at at 990 or below, use Pure Distilling Crystal Clear and then distill It can make 10L of high quality Spirit.
For a faster result or if the room temperature is higher than 30C, use 6kg sugar or 7kg dextrose and leave for 3 days.

- 1 x 130 g (4.5 oz) Classic 6 Turbo Yeast
- Clean and sanitise all equipment before use.
- Prepare water making sure you end up with 21 L (5.5 US Gal) at the correct water start temperature (indicated on the back of the sachet).
- Now add sugar, and stir until completely dissolved before adding Turbo Yeast and Turbo Carbon.
- Turbo Clear Part A: Once fermentation is complete, stir the wash vigorously to remove the gas. Once degassed, add the contents of Part A and stir well, then leave to stand for 1 hour.
- Turbo Clear Part B: After 1 hour, slowly pour Part B evenly over the top of the wash while stirring gently to help spread it evenly. Do not stir vigorously as this will disrupt the clearing process. Leave to clear for at least 24 hours. During this time Part B will drop down from the top, taking unwanted yeast and other compounds with it to the bottom.

Instructions
Pour 21 litres of 40℃ water into your fermenter. Add 6kg of sugar (for 14% alcohol in 48 hours) or 8kg of sugar (for 20% alcohol in 5 days). Mix well until completely dissolved and then 1 sachet of Stillmaster Ultra 8 yeast and stir for 1 minute.
Leave to ferment at 20℃ - 32℃. Fermentation time will vary depending temperature.
