Pine, citrus, and floral undertones on top of a light malt base, beautifully balanced by a resinous bitterness. The ATF Extract Recipe - Odyssey Pale Ale is an epic journey of taste and aroma.

To add layers of light crystal sweetness and complexity we recommend steeping 200g of Light Crystal and 100g of Medium Crystal. 

Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Froth Buddy (Assumed Origin: Sierra Nevada), or Lallemand's BRY-97 West Coast Ale Yeast. You could also try Safale US-05, Lallemand Nottingham High Performance Ale Yeast, or Mangrove Jack's West Coast Yeast.
