Used to improve clarity for crystal clear beer and wine. Will also remove unwanted compounds resulting in smoother flavour. Sufficient for 250ml of bear or wine.
For 25 litres extract 250ml of beer or wine from the fermenter. Add 100ml of isinglass finings and mix well before adding back to the fermenter. Stir well and leave for 24 - 48 hours before packaging.
Keep refrigerated once open.
Mangrove Jack's Beer Finings are a gelatine based fining that will help to clarify your beer, removing unwanted compounds and firming up natural sediment for a crystal clear beer.
Instructions: Dissolve sachet contents into half a cup of luke warm water (not hot). Stir until completely dissolved. Add this solution to your beer after fermentation. Allow settling for two days before racking off, bottling, or kegging.

First Pour Foam Reduction
The reduction in thermal mass significantly reduces the first pour foam effect. The tap is often the warmest part of the draft system as it protrudes from the font/tower/fridge. As a result, it acts like a heat sink and only works well once enough cold beer flows through it to cool the tap body down. This reduction of thermal mass significantly improves the foam that is poured while the tap is cooling down.
Laminar Flow
The Nukashuttle design is the world’s first seamless shuttle. After many months of modelling and testing this new "Nuke" shaped shuttle design has the most fluid dynamic shuttle shape ever manufactured for a forward sealing tap. The streamline "nuke/missile" shape is how this new innovation earned its name "Nukatap". This leap forward in laminar flow means even highly carbonated beers pour like a dream with minimal turbulence and giving you the perfect pour every time.
Most Sanitary Design
The Nukashuttle is the world’s first seamless single-piece design. Traditional taps have a seal that is seated on a stainless-steel body creating small fissures that harbour solids, are potential sites for infection, and are not as ideal for clean in place (CIP). The Nukashuttle is an advanced TPV rubber matrix that been seamlessly formed over a durable PP skeleton. This single-piece design takes away the traditional fissures found in older manufacturing methods.
Long Life Seals
Unlike many other taps that use rubbers that can be degraded with caustic and acid compounds, the Nukatap has been made to suit a wide range of conditions. It's becoming more common to see sour beers/kombucha and other acetic and lactic acid beverages dispensed using draft systems. These acids, in particular, could cause an attack on the sealing compounds resulting in downtime, loss of product and reduced maintenance intervals. The Nukatap solves this problem and is the most chemically resistant tap we have ever manufactured. Unlike some older tap styles that have "metal on metal" rubbing components that can wear over time and have a "raspy feel" the Nukatap has been manufactured with a smooth gliding action that guarantees the longevity of the tap components. The TPV rubber matrix shuttle is also one of the most durable sealing mechanisms that can tolerate large amounts of leverage force from long tap handles that would otherwise traditionally degrade the seals in other tap designs.
Other forward sealing designs exist but nothing with the same level of reliability. It’s easy to find other “perl” forward sealing design taps however these taps use a floating o-ring design which by all means is equally as sanitary however the floating o-ring requires the o-ring to move within the tap body to seal correctly. This movement is typically a problem as the tap ages and/or is not serviced regularly. The Nukatap bypasses this seal as the entire Nukashuttle is a single sealing piece.
Tap Handle Angle - 2.5 degree Reverse Angle
The Nukataps have been manufactured with a 2.5 degree reverse angle. This allows for a wider range of taps handles to be used, in particular, long and/or heavy handles to work perfectly irrespective of the installation conditions.
Forward Sealing Design
Just like the Intertap and its predecessors, the Nukatap shuts off the flow at the front of the tap which in turn keeps wild yeast and bacteria out of the interior of the tap body.
What does Rear Sealing Design Mean?
Typically most beer taps use a rear sealing design and the beer in the tap drains from the body of the tap with the help from a vent hole drilled at the front of the tap. This drainage hole is a dark and wet cavity and is an ideal place for airborne bacteria and wild yeast to reproduce leaving a foul film that deteriorates the quality of your beer. Every time the faucet is opened contamination can occur.

Philly Sour produces moderate amounts of lactic acid in addition to ethanol in one simple fermentation step. This first yeast in the WildBrew™ series is a great choice for innovative, sessionable sour beers with refreshing acidity and notes of stone fruit. With high attenuation, high flocculation and good head retention, WildBrew™ Philly Sour is an ideal yeast for traditional styles such as Berliner Weiss, Gose, American Lambic Style, American Wild Ales and its resistance to hops make it perfect for Sour IPA’s.
Brewing Properties
In Lallemand’s Standard Conditions Wort at 20°C (68°F) WildBrew™ Philly Sour yeast exhibits:
- Fermentation that can be completed in 10 days.
- High attenuation and High flocculation. Aroma and flavour is sour, red apple and stone fruit, notably peach.
- The optimal temperature range for WildBrew™ Philly Sour yeast when producing traditional styles is 20°C(68°F) to 25°C(77°F).
- In the Lallemand standard conditions wort, typical pH of 3.2-3.5 and titratable acidity of 0.1-0.4% lactic acid are achieved. Higher lactic acid levels will be achieved in worts that are higher in glucose.
Lag phase, total fermentation time, attenuation and flavour are dependent on pitch rate, yeast handling, fermentation temperature and nutritional quality of the wort.
Please note: Philly Sour should not be used as the fermenting strain during bottle conditioning. A dedicated bottle conditioning strain should be used when bottle conditioning WildBrew™ Philly Sour fermentations.

This thermowell fits into any 8mm Hole and can literally be installed into almost any fermenter lid.
Having the thermowell attach to the lid of a fermenter is ideal as it means the penetration through the fermenter body is at the top of the fermenter not below the liquid line. This makes the whole process more sanitary and reduces the number of difficult parts to clean.
This thermowell can be pushed through a bung with a 6-8mm hole but it also includes the Duotight bulkhead fitting that you can use to attach this thermowell to the lid of your FermZilla Fermenter.
It goes right into the middle of the core of your vessel meaning you get an accurate core reading of the liquid in the tank/vessel.
Note: If you need to shorten the length of this thermowell tube then simply use a tube cutter to the desired length.

An Oxygenation/Aeration Wand is an easy to use tool for adding oxygen to your wort to help ensure healthy yeast growth.
The wand kit includes the 60cm stainless steel 8mm OD wand and the 2 micron aeration stone screws into the end using an MFL thread so it can easily be removed for autoclave or dipped in acid solution. The kit also includes a stainless clamp and 2 meters of vinyl tubing.

This really handy device is great for filling kegs, keg to keg transfers or fermenter to keg transfers.
Fantastic for use with Fermentasaurus or other pressurisable fermenters.
Simply attach this device to the output gas post of your Keg then when the keg is full it will prevent further liquid exiting the gas post. This means you can literally set and forget and fill kegs automatically without the risk of kegs overflowing all over the floor.
For even better results we recommend this product to be used with the Duotight - BlowTie Diaphram Spunding Valve - Adjustable PRV. This blowtie spunding valve will also enable to to apply head pressure to the keg meaning you can control the flow speed but also reduce the foam generated in the filling process particularly for carbonated beverages like beer.

The BrewZilla Whirlpool Arm is a new accessory brought to you by KegLand that suits both the 35L model and 65L. This accessory fits onto the existing recirculation pipe with a Stainless Steel Male Camlock fitting. The magnetic pump will aid in circulating your wort for better hop extraction in the whirlpool stage, as well as help collect the hot break into the center of the false bottom.
Other benefits may include speeding up cooling times when using an immersion chiller due to increased movement of the wort over the cooling coils.
