Liberally hopped with Nectaron and Riwaka, the ATF Hoppy Havoc is bursting with tropical and citrus aromas with passionfruit and pineapple to the fore. Stone fruit notes join the party in the mouth along with a bright vibrant fruitiness
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Froth Spectra (Assumed Origin: Unknown (London)).Spectra can produce a spectrum of radiant flavour & aroma while exhibiting an elegant ester profile and velvety mouthfeel.
Alternatively you could use Lallemand's New England yeast. Lallemand New England produces beers with a unique fruit forward ester profile. Through expression of a β-glucosidase enzyme, LalBrew® New England can promote hop biotransformation and accentuate hop flavour and aroma.
Whilst this beer has not been specifically designed as a hazy, we do not recommend using finings to retain the full robust juicy hoppiness of the beer.
