ATF Wicked Weed (Hazy IIPA)

ATF Wicked Weed has an intoxicating aroma of passionfruit going head to head with apricot and orchard fruits with citrus notes peaking through. A cacophony of flavour carried by a full malt base that provides a great platform for the hops to be the star of the show.

Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Lallemand's Verdant IPA yeast due its ability to produce hop-forward beers with a soft and balanced malt profile. Prominent notes of apricot and undertones of tropical fruit and citrus merge seamlessly with hop aromas. Through expression of a β-lyase enzyme, LalBrew® Verdant IPA can promote hop biotransformation and accentuate hop flavour and aroma. 

Alternatively you could use Lallemand's New England yeast due to its ability to produce beers with a unique fruit forward ester profile. Through expression of a β-glucosidase enzyme, LalBrew® New England can promote hop biotransformation and accentuate hop flavour and aroma.

    This kit is only put together when ordered. All hops are kept vacuumed sealed and refrigerated. Yeast is also kept refrigerated.
