ATF Wicked Weed has an intoxicating aroma of passionfruit going head to head with apricot and orchard fruits with citrus notes peaking through. A cacophony of flavour carried by a full malt base that provides a great platform for the hops to be the star of the show.

We recommend using Lallemand's New England yeast due to its ability to produce beers with a unique fruit forward ester profile, which is sought after in NEIPA's. Through expression of a β-glucosidase enzyme, LalBrew® New England can promote hop biotransformation and accentuate hop flavour and aroma. You could also try Mangrove Jack's New World Strong yeast or Lallemand's Nottingham High Performance Ale yeast.
