The Create+ Beeping Alarm Thermometer allows your cstomer to set a high and a low temperature on the thermometer of their Create+ T500 Column & Condenser or Create+ Alembic Condenser. The Create+ Voltage Controller allows for better control of cuts during a spirit run. Reducing the heat input using the voltage controller will allow for a slower controlled distillation; this makes it easier to distinguish between heads, hearts and tails. Especially useful during pot distillation or vapour infusion spirit runs.
It also allows for the ability to then increase heat input as the distillate output slows towards the end of a run. This is especially useful towards the end of a pot distillation run during the ‘tails’ of a spirit run.

The T500 Boiler is the recommended boiler base for use with the T500 Reflux Condensers and Alembic Dome & Condenser. Made from 304 grade stainless steel, this boiler features dual element control switches, a stainless steel ball valve tap and an automatic reset switch. The dual element control switches provide more control during distillation - when both switches are in the ON position, the element will be supplied full power of 2200W (1600 if using a US/CA unit). When one switch is in the OFF position, it will only consume 1100W (or 1100W/500W if using a US/CA unit) of power. Adjusting the power can be useful in areas with warmer tap water for cooling and for use with the Alembic Pot Still.
Note: This product includes a Still Spirits Create+ Threaded Adapter Set and 2" Tri-clamp inside the Still Spirits Boiler 25 L box. They are for use with tri-clamp connection condensers and are not required for condensers with a threaded connection.
