This handy little strap will make cleaning and transport your FermZilla All Rounder 30L or 60L an absolute breeze. Simply attach through both sections of the base in the orientation you wish. Slide up and out of the little buckle pieces making sure that the buckle is facing towards you, then strap in and strap down!
The Strap is long enough for the 60L and 30L. We recommend rolling up the excess strap and paper clipping or cutting to suit the 30L.
Please note the paper clips used in the photos are not included.

FermZilla - Replacement Lid Seal (OD 106mm x 2.65mm).
This thicker Lid O-Ring is suited to FermZilla Conical and All Rounder Models.
If you have a brown O-Ring, this is a newer material that is softer and easier to fit. All units manufactured after 01/01/2023 will have this Brown O-Ring as standard
If you are experiencing leaking from the top lid section, this slightly thicker O-Ring will aid in resolving said leaking. To perform a leak test please remember to have the unit free of any liquid as that will absorb CO2.
It is also important to remember not to overtighten the stainless steel handles that may have come with your FermZilla. Overtightening will cause the opening to warp and not seal. The handles should be able to freely rotate around the neck with little resistance.
Note: this is for the seal only, lid not included.

FermZilla 2" Tri-Clamp Lid.
Upgrade your FermZilla All Rounder or Tri-Conical fermenter with the new 2 Inch Tri-Clover Lid from Kegland. Add yeast, hops or even take samples from a wine thief from the top and not have to remove the entire lid.
This particular lid was designed in order to suit a growing number of customers dry hopping without exposing the batch to oxygen from opening the lid. By using this lid in conjunction with the FermZilla 2" Butterfly Valve and Hop Bong Kit, you would be able to purge CO2 into the tube and expel all the oxygen around it and dump freely into the vessel.

2 x Ice Water / Glycol Temp Twister Ports (9.5mm duotight x 1/2" bulkheads).
Please Note: Temp Twister will need to be bent on a 20° Angle in order to fit on the curved lid and align vertically in the tank.
Also includes:
1 x 2 Inch Tri-Clamp x PCO1881 Male Thread with PCO1881 Bottle Cap
1 x 2 Inch Tri-Clamp Clamp
1 x 2 Inch Tri-Clamp Beaded Silicone Seal
Important:
- Release the pressure completely before opening the 2" Tri-Clamp.
- Only use KegLand Red 35psi / 2.5 bar PRV or KegLand Yellow 17psi / 1.5bar PRV's with this lid. Ensure they are cleaned and dried of sticky residue before each fermentation. Failure to do so could cause injury and void warranty.

This jacket will keep your FermZilla All Rounder 30L cool in summer and warm in winter. It can also be used with a heater belt to warm up the wort if the heat from the fermentation isn't enough. To control the temperature, we suggest using a MKII Temp Controller.
This jacket also completely blocks any light/UV to prevent light struck or skunked beer.

A FermZilla replacement collection container with 1000ml capacity. This yeast collection container fits the FermZilla fermenters and is primarily used for collection and addition of hops and yeast via the butterfly valve.
This collection container can also be used for yeast starters meaning that you can create the yeast starter in this collection container directly then attach to the valve of the FermZilla so you can pitch yeast without needing to open the lid. This collection container has been designed to work with the magnetic stirrer machine.
The ports on the side of this collection container are the same as a standard coke bottle or soft drink bottle. The threads are designed to suit the stainless carbonation caps or plastic carbonation caps. These carbonation caps will enable you to purge oxygen for dry hopping, attach carbonation stone and carbonate liquid in the FermZilla, oxygenate wort and are useful for many other reasons.
The clear body is made from Tritan from Eastman Plastics. This heat tolerant plastic is BPA, and plasticiser free. The Lid is made from impact resistant HDPE. Both lid and body can handle boiling wort.

FermZilla Plastic Pressure Kit - suits both 27L and 55L FermZilla fermenters. This is the plastic version, there is also a stainless option.
Add this optional pressure kit to your FermZilla and turn your FermZilla into a true unitank. Unitanks are conical fermenters used both for fermentation and for carbonating and serving finished beer. This extremely inexpensive upgrade will truly show you what the FermZilla was designed for. Here are some possibilities:
Fermenting Under Pressure: First one of the most intriguing uses is to ferment under pressure which reduces ester production and fusel alcohol production. That means that you can ferment warmer than you normally would, even making lagers at room temperature. Most commercial beer is fermented under pressure just due to the size of commercial tanks and the pressure that is created by the column of beer. It is one of the differences between commercial brewing and homebrewing. The lid has a built in relief valve that will blow at 35psi and we strongly recommend you also purchase an adjustable pressure relief valve, or blow tie kit, that allows you to set a lower pressure. It is also a good idea to have two relief valves on the FermZilla anytime the unit is under pressure.
Carbonating, Pushing, and Serving: When you are fermenting under pressure the beer is already carbonated when you are done fermenting. You can control the level of carbonation by using an adjustable pressure relief. The idea is that the FermZilla can eliminate kegging and you can serve directly from the fermenter. We love this idea but there will probably still be times that you want to keg. Use a beer line to connect the FermZilla to your keg and enjoy the easiest kegging experience ever. You can also choose to send carbonated beer through a beer filter on the way to your keg. When applying pressure with a CO2 tank also make sure that you have a functional relief valve on your CO2 regulator.
Lack of Oxidation Because the beer always has a CO2 blanket through fermentation and during any transfers out, oxidation is eliminated. When you cold crash you won't be sucking air back in through an airlock.
Key Features:
- Ferment beer under pressure to reduce ester and fusel alcohol production
- Ability to always draw clear beer with the unique, floating draw tube
- Keg already carbonated beer
- Use co2 to push beer into a keg or though a filter into a keg
- Carbonate and serve beer directly from the FermZilla, eliminating kegging all together
Kit Includes:
1 x Red Plastic Carbonation Cap
1 x Yellow Plastic Carbonation Cap
1 x Float & Dip Tube Filter Kit

One pouch of yeast is good for:
-
23L of wort up to 1.048 or
-
20L of wort up to 1.060
Contains more than 200B yeast cells. For Lagers or high gravity ales use two pouches or make a starter.
How To:
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Massage pouch contents to mix into consistent slurry.
- Sanitise the outside of the pouch.
- Tear open pouch and pitch your yeast into well aerated wort at the desired temp.
Swelling of the pack is not an indication of a problem with the yeast. The yeast is still perfectly fine to use (assuming it is within date and has been stored properly). We store all of our Froth Yeast in the fridge between 2℃ - 4℃ and include an ice pack with each order to keep the yeast cold whilst in transit.
Here is a great article from Omega Yeast that explains what causes yeast pouches to swell and why it is not something to be concerned with in and of itself.

Named by Dale Gould as a salute to the UK Ska music scene, Rudeboy is a go-getter when it comes to bright ales - or fuller sweeter Hazies thanks to the lower attenuation . This boy is highly flocculant and rather clean, with a neutral profile that nudges mild malt and soft fruit aromatics to the forefront. Rudeboy scrubs up well bright in all sorts from ESBs and Milds, Dark & Amber ales, as well as new and old world IPAs, Pale Ales & Hazies.

It turns out, the Rangitīkei District is a pretty funky place; it's the origin of Wilding, the first-ever commercial brewers yeast isolated from the New Zealand wilderness. This yeast isolate was collected as a wild mixed culture from an air-trap (nano koelschip). Subtle spice from phenols, fruity banana, pear and apple esters, and a dry lager-like finish that is surprisingly clean. Validated by PCR as: Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. diastaticus.
