The ATF Jolly Monk is a strong blonde, slightly gold beer with a malty aroma and a creamy mouthfeel. It has a delicate sweet malty taste with a moderate bitterness and a fantastic complex marriage of spice, fruity esters, phenolics and alcohol.
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Mangrove Jack's Tripel yeast.
You will also require 330g of dextrose to make this beer.
