FermZilla Plastic Pressure Kit - suits both 27L and 55L FermZilla fermenters. This is the plastic version, there is also a stainless option.
Add this optional pressure kit to your FermZilla and turn your FermZilla into a true unitank. Unitanks are conical fermenters used both for fermentation and for carbonating and serving finished beer. This extremely inexpensive upgrade will truly show you what the FermZilla was designed for. Here are some possibilities:
Fermenting Under Pressure: First one of the most intriguing uses is to ferment under pressure which reduces ester production and fusel alcohol production. That means that you can ferment warmer than you normally would, even making lagers at room temperature. Most commercial beer is fermented under pressure just due to the size of commercial tanks and the pressure that is created by the column of beer. It is one of the differences between commercial brewing and homebrewing. The lid has a built in relief valve that will blow at 35psi and we strongly recommend you also purchase an adjustable pressure relief valve, or blow tie kit, that allows you to set a lower pressure. It is also a good idea to have two relief valves on the FermZilla anytime the unit is under pressure.
Carbonating, Pushing, and Serving: When you are fermenting under pressure the beer is already carbonated when you are done fermenting. You can control the level of carbonation by using an adjustable pressure relief. The idea is that the FermZilla can eliminate kegging and you can serve directly from the fermenter. We love this idea but there will probably still be times that you want to keg. Use a beer line to connect the FermZilla to your keg and enjoy the easiest kegging experience ever. You can also choose to send carbonated beer through a beer filter on the way to your keg. When applying pressure with a CO2 tank also make sure that you have a functional relief valve on your CO2 regulator.
Lack of Oxidation Because the beer always has a CO2 blanket through fermentation and during any transfers out, oxidation is eliminated. When you cold crash you won't be sucking air back in through an airlock.
Key Features:
- Ferment beer under pressure to reduce ester and fusel alcohol production
- Ability to always draw clear beer with the unique, floating draw tube
- Keg already carbonated beer
- Use co2 to push beer into a keg or though a filter into a keg
- Carbonate and serve beer directly from the FermZilla, eliminating kegging all together
Kit Includes:
1 x Red Plastic Carbonation Cap
1 x Yellow Plastic Carbonation Cap
1 x Float & Dip Tube Filter Kit
Add the optional pressure kit to your FermZilla and turn your FermZilla into a true uni tank.

FermZilla - SS Ball Float & 80cm Silicone Dip Tube and Filter Kit. Suits Tri-Conical and All Rounder Models.
This simple design allows you to extract the clearest possible liquid in your pressure vessel with the added security of our new filter included. This helps prevent blockages in your carbonation cap poppet. As the liquid level decreases the float goes down at the same time. Perfect for sampling the sediment free!
This 80cm silicone dip tube and stainless steel float with filter suits the FermZilla Tri-Conical fermenter. Also compatible with Kegmenters and Modified Ball Lock Kegs (not minikegs).

Floating Dip Tube Filter(80 Mesh 304 Stainless) - For FermZilla or Kegmenter.
Made from HDPE and 304 Grade stainless steel, this product can be boiled or sanitised in the full range of cleaners that we sell. The plastic HDPE is over moulded onto the stainless mesh to make a seamless finish. The end cap can easily pop off for cleaning.
How frustrating is hops getting blocked in your poppet, tap, ball valves and practically everywhere else. This handy little filter can be used on your silicone floating dip tubes to prevent hops or other solids getting sucked into the dip tube itself. The 304 stainless 80 mesh is fine enough to filter out hops and many other solids but not so fine that it gets blocked up easily. If you have a FermZilla or stainless Kegmenter this add on extra is a must.

One pouch of yeast is good for:
-
23L of wort up to 1.048 or
-
20L of wort up to 1.060
Contains more than 200B yeast cells. For Lagers or high gravity ales use two pouches or make a starter.
How To:
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Massage pouch contents to mix into consistent slurry.
- Sanitise the outside of the pouch.
- Tear open pouch and pitch your yeast into well aerated wort at the desired temp.
Swelling of the pack is not an indication of a problem with the yeast. The yeast is still perfectly fine to use (assuming it is within date and has been stored properly). We store all of our Froth Yeast in the fridge between 2℃ - 4℃ and include an ice pack with each order to keep the yeast cold whilst in transit.
Here is a great article from Omega Yeast that explains what causes yeast pouches to swell and why it is not something to be concerned with in and of itself.
Includes an ice pack for shipping at no additional cost to keep your yeast cool during transit. Refrigerate as soon as you receive your order.

Named by Dale Gould as a salute to the UK Ska music scene, Rudeboy is a go-getter when it comes to bright ales - or fuller sweeter Hazies thanks to the lower attenuation . This boy is highly flocculant and rather clean, with a neutral profile that nudges mild malt and soft fruit aromatics to the forefront. Rudeboy scrubs up well bright in all sorts from ESBs and Milds, Dark & Amber ales, as well as new and old world IPAs, Pale Ales & Hazies.

Explore the more delicate textures and indulge in a spectrum of radiant flavour & aroma. Spectra boasts a more robust attenuation capacity than many of its counterparts, while exhibiting an elegant ester profile and velvety mouthfeel. This prolific strain dances with hops & protein to offer a mesmerising glow in New England IPA’s, while its Old English origins make it a wise choice for amber & dark ales.

It turns out, the Rangitīkei District is a pretty funky place; it's the origin of Wilding, the first-ever commercial brewers yeast isolated from the New Zealand wilderness. This yeast isolate was collected as a wild mixed culture from an air-trap (nano koelschip). Subtle spice from phenols, fruity banana, pear and apple esters, and a dry lager-like finish that is surprisingly clean. Validated by PCR as: Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. diastaticus.
