Pro Sight Glass Distillation / Steam Condenser Lid
Suits Gen 4 and Gen 3 BrewZillas, Digiboils and older model Robobrews, for both 35L and 65L models.
Designed to be extremely sturdy when using heavier stills or off-centre steam condenser units. Now you can watch your wash boil and see if it's foaming or about to puke. If you are brewing beer indoors you may want to use a steam condenser lid set, without having to take off the entire lid to do hop/salt additions, simply remove the 3" Sight Glass and throw in (take care when hot).
PPSU is an excellent choice for components that are exposed to high temperatures (up to 200°C) and corrosive media due to its exceptional chemical resistance. As well as being extremely impact resistant.
We have decided to use this type of plastic because it also has superior thermal and mechanical properties with the added benefit of being transparent. This will allow us to injection mold intricate parts that would have been near impossible to do in stainless steel or lab-grade glass. Because this is a very unique type of plastic, it comes at a much higher cost per kg than other industrial plastics. So much so that it costs more than stainless steel.

This attachment stops particulates from blocking your pump and getting into your beer!
Suitable for the 35L BrewZilla and Digiboil.

Brewzilla 65L (G3) - Extended Malt Pipe for Boiler Extension (Stainless steel).
This is the upgraded malt pipe for the BrewZilla 65L model when you add the 24L Boiler Extension. It does not come with an extra Halo Support Ring, you will need to either purchase one if you are using a DigiBoil 65L + Extension, or remove the one out of your BrewZilla and place higher.
A new feature of these Extended Malt Pipes is the added feet half way up the malt pipe. These have been added to help those who find it difficult to lift in one motion.
It can also be used on the Digiboil 65L model so you can use a malt pipe with the Digiboil 65L boiler.

This is an upgrade accessory to the 35L& 65L BrewZilla Generation 4 only.
It is not compatible with any previous generations of BrewZilla, RoboBrew or DigiBoils.
It has been pressed into a slight concave shape to match the curvature of the boiler false bottom of the BrewZilla Gen 4. It also includes a longer eye bolt assembly with a wing nut.
The order of bolt to washer to nuts goes as follows. Eye bolt, washer, false bottom, washer, nut, HED then wing nut. This is so that the eye bolt does not come completely removed when and if you clean underneath the Heat Exchanger Dish.
What does it do?
Due to the concave bottom and central draining hole, the wort being recirculated through the pump will pass through the malt pipe and then down through the boiler false bottom. The wort would normally then follow the path of least resistance, making a b-line for that drainage hole.
The Heat Exchanger Dish forces the recirculating wort up to the edge of the BrewZilla base ensuring it passes over the elements for a longer period. This leads to a more efficient heat exchange with the wort, which can help you on a brew day reach those temperatures much quicker.

Wifi / RAPT Integration
The BrewZilla Gen 4.1 is designed to be a compact single vessel all grain home brewing system that can be run off a single 220-240v socket. This significant design change means that the pump can be accessed much more easily. It also means the plumbing can be changed more easily too. For instance you can re-arrange the plumping to the pump to pump into the tap outlet or change this so the tap outlet bypasses the pump. These changes make it more flexible but also much easier to take apart the pump for cleaning and maintenance if required.
RAPT Controller with Full Colour Screen
The new RAPT controller has an easy to read full colour screen. The controller can also be disconnected easily making wash down easier. The controller is mounted in a higher position with a tilting frame so you can angle the screen toward you depending on how tall you are. The new controller module is packed with features and KegLand is consistently updating firmware to include more features. Firmware updates are quick and painless and with a single click you can upgrade all Gen 4 units to the latest firmware to take advantage of new features and accessories. Forget getting on your knees mid-brew, do it all while standing or sitting next to your BrewZilla. The controller can also activate the pump. The BrewZilla Whirlpool Arm is a new accessory brought to you by KegLand that suits both the 35L model and 65L. This accessory fits onto the existing recirculation pipe with a Stainless Steel Male Camlock fitting. The magnetic pump will aid in circulating your wort for better hop extraction in the whirlpool stage, as well as help collect the hot break into the center of the false bottom.
Other benefits may include speeding up cooling times when using an immersion chiller due to increased movement of the wort over the cooling coils.
The BrewZilla Whirlpool Arm could also be used on the Grainfather if it has been converted to camlock fittings using the Grainfather Camlock Conversion Kit.

Brick Road Amber Malt makes great-tasting beer with Brick Road beer kits, or with Brick Road Hopped Malt extract cans, or in all-grain recipes when you want only the finest malt flavour.
This can will contribute a gold colour up to 11 EBC in 23L, 1.021 gravity points and will replace approx. 1.75 kg of ale base grain in your wort. Amber Malt is particularly good for Amber Ales, APA’s, and English Bitters.
This Classic American Porter kit comes complete with American ale yeast. This rich, malty American Porter has satisfying toasty, chocolate, toffee flavours from the roasted malts.

Our take on James Squire 150 Lashes. Brick Road Gold Lager malt is already hopped to the perfect level for this delicious Pale Ale. Mix with 1kg of Brick Road Extra Light DME, and Dry hop with 25g Amarillo. Top to 18L for approx. 5% ABV. Old school good!
This kit includes:
- 1.5 kg Brick Road Gold Lager
- 1 kg Brick Road Extra Light DME
- 1 pkt US-05 Yeast
- 25 g Amarillo hops
Instructions

Clean and sanitise fermenter, spoon, cup and jug.

Soften the malt cans in hot water for about 5 minutes.

Pour 2 litres of boiling water into your 5L jug. Open the can and pour the contents into the jug.

Mix the concentrated wort and water well, then pour into your fermenter. Add 1kg Brick Road DME. Don't worry if the DME clumps - it will dissolve over time. Top up with cold quality brewing water to 15L for approx. 5% ABV. Ensure the wort temperature is 18℃-22℃. Vigorously stir the wort with a large spoon to oxygenate it. Sprinkle the yeast over the wort.

Seal the fermenter lid and insert airlock. Ideally ferment at 18℃-22℃ for 10 - 14 days.

On Day 5 of Fermentation, add the 25g Amarillo hops.

After 10 days, check the gravity. If the SG remains steady for three days, fermentation is complete. If in doubt, leave a few more days for better results. Keg or bottle your brew.

New Zealand Pilsner style was first created by Richard Emerson. It is a lighter version of a European Pilsner, with a malt base designed to showcase the NZ hops. The distinctive fresh, fruity flavours of Riwaka, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin hops are the highlights of this refreshing beer. enjoy with fish and chips on the beach.
This kit includes:
- 1.5 kg Brick Road Dry Lager

- 1 x 11.5g Fermentis W 34/70 Yeast (12 ℃-18℃), or LalBrew Diamond Lager (10 ℃-15℃), or Lalbrew NovaLager (10 ℃-20℃)

Instructions

Clean and sanitise fermenter, spoon, cup and jug.

Soften the malt can in hot water for about 5 minutes.

Pour 2 litres of boiling water into your 5L jug. Open the can and pour the contents into the jug.

Mix the concentrated wort and water well, then pour into your fermenter. Top up with cold quality brewing water to 20L for approx. 5.0% ABV. Vigourously stir the wort with a large spoon to oxygenate it. Ensure the wort temperature is 12℃-18℃. Sprinkle the yeast into the wort.

Seal the fermenter lid and insert airlock. Ideally ferment at 12℃-18℃ 10 - 14 days.

Dry hop with all the hops on day 5.

After 10-14 days, check the gravity. If the SG remains steady for three days, fermentation is complete. If in doubt, leave a few more days for better results. Keg or bottle your brew.
This Classic Pacific Pale Ale kit comes complete with Ale yeast. This Pacific Pale Ale uses extra light ale malts for a fresh white bread malt base.
For a Pacific Pale Ale, add 1.5kg Brick Road Extra Light malt extract. For a lighter Pale Ale, add 1kg Brick Road Extra Light Dry malt extract or 1kg dextrose. This Craft Red IPA will satisfy your tastebuds. Brick Road Craft Columbus Red IPA malt is already hopped to the perfect bitterness level for this malty, hoppy IPA, and comes with 30g of Columbus for dry-hopping. Use the yeast under the lid and add an extra packet of S-04. Mix with 1.5kg of Muntons Maris Otter liquid malt and dry hop with the 30g of Columbus under the lid plus 30g Simcoe, 30g Mosaic and 30g Citra. Top to 19L for approx. 5.8% ABV.

Pour 2 litres of boiling water into your 5L jug. Open the cans and pour the contents into the jug.

Mix the concentrated wort and water well, then pour into your fermenter. Top up with cold quality brewing water to 19L. Ensure the wort temperature is 18℃-22℃. Vigorously stir the wort with a large spoon to oxygenate it. Sprinkle the yeast over the wort.

Seal the fermenter lid and insert airlock. Ideally ferment at 18℃-22℃ for 10 - 14 days.

On Day 5 of Fermentation, add the dry hops.

Enjoy this clear, fresh Extra Dry extra cold. Brick Road Dry Lager malt is already hopped to the perfect level. Just add 1 packet of dry enzyme to make this lager extra dry. Use the yeast under the lid, or if you can control the fermentation temperature at 12℃-18℃ add a packet of W-34/70, or if you can control the fermentation temperature at 12℃-20℃ add a packet of NovaLager to get the clean crisp flavour of a premium lager.
