ATF All Brewery Kits

These recipes have been designed to be brewed on any brewing setup using a water to grist ratio of 3L per kilogram. Each kit contains a detailed recipe and instructions.

To ensure the target water profile and mash pH is achieved brewing salts are included in each kit for brewers using the following source waters:

  • Paraparaumu/Waikanae/Peka Peka
  • Te Horo
  • Paekakariki
  • Otaki
  • Wellington
  • Rainwater
  • Palmerston North (please refer to the Palmerston North water page for Palmerston Norths water distribution zones)
  • Auckland (please refer to the Auckland Water page for Auckland's water distribution zones)

The target water profile is provided for brewers using another source water so that the correct mineral/acid additions can be calculated to achieve the target water profile and mash pH. Click here to purchase brewing salts and/or lactic acid. If using chlorinated water we recommend using an activated carbon filter or campden tablets to remove chlorine and/or chloramine from your brewing water.All ATF kits are only put together when ordered to ensure all ingredients are as fresh as possible. Hops are kept vacuum sealed and refrigerated. Yeast is also kept refrigerated.
