This is an upgrade accessory to the 35L& 65L BrewZilla Generation 4 only.
It is not compatible with any previous generations of BrewZilla, RoboBrew or DigiBoils.
It has been pressed into a slight concave shape to match the curvature of the boiler false bottom of the BrewZilla Gen 4. It also includes a longer eye bolt assembly with a wing nut.
The order of bolt to washer to nuts goes as follows. Eye bolt, washer, false bottom, washer, nut, HED then wing nut. This is so that the eye bolt does not come completely removed when and if you clean underneath the Heat Exchanger Dish.
What does it do?
Due to the concave bottom and central draining hole, the wort being recirculated through the pump will pass through the malt pipe and then down through the boiler false bottom. The wort would normally then follow the path of least resistance, making a b-line for that drainage hole.
The Heat Exchanger Dish forces the recirculating wort up to the edge of the BrewZilla base ensuring it passes over the elements for a longer period. This leads to a more efficient heat exchange with the wort, which can help you on a brew day reach those temperatures much quicker.

35L BrewZilla Generation 4.1
Wifi / RAPT Integration
The BrewZilla Gen 4.1 is designed to be a compact single vessel all grain home brewing system that can be run off a single 220-240v socket. A complete turnkey system with a delay timing feature and step mash functionality. Built to make batches up to 30L, it is the ideal solution for those who want to take the first step in all-grain brewing while also wanting full control of their batch from start to finish.
The BrewZilla brewery type has been used across the world and won homebrew competitions in every country the brewery has been sold. It's the most sold single vessel brewery worldwide and can be used for Home Brewing, Distillation, Preserve Canning, Sous Vide Cooking or just as a boiler. Our larger versions can also be used as a portable hot tub!
Some features that differentiate this brewery from other Brewery designs are:
Complete Concave Draining Base
The new base design completely drains out meaning you capture every single bit of wort. No longer do you need to tilt the brewery to extract every last bit of wort. This also makes it suitable for CIP cleaning using our new Low Volume CIP Spray Rotor.
False Bottom Pump Protection Screen
One of the key features of all the BrewZilla single vessel units is the false bottom protection screen. This screen avoids the need for doing a whirlpool and it filters wort and prevents more than 95% of hops and hot break getting sucked into the pump and thus greatly reduces the blocked pump issues that are often an issue with other brewery designs.
Ultra Low Watt Density
The BrewZilla has significantly lower watt density than other breweries. The main benefit of lower watt densities are that it enables you to produce lighter colours of beers that would otherwise get some caramelisation. The ultra low watt density also means you have less chance of boil overs, you get less crud sticking to the element making cleaning easier and ultimately reduces wear and tear on the element meaning even with significant abuse your elements will last way longer.
RAPT/Wifi Connected
The new Gen 4 models are the first BrewZilla that connects to the RAPT Portal (https://app.rapt.io/). This portal allows you to track, record and monitor your brews online. This greatly reduces the need for handwritten records of your brew day as it's all done automatically. The RAPT portal also allows you to see every brew you have done in the past and control the brewery remotely so you can start pre-heating water remotely or simply keep an eye on the brewing process while you do something else. Get push notifications to your mobile phone of when to add hops or start the boil.
Along with this ease of access and control. The RAPT BrewZilla will also allow you to fully customise your brew day with profiles specifically tuned to your style of brewing or your recipe.
For example you could set up your profile to receive certain alarms or messages when you are required to do something. E.g. Adding grain when the strike temperature is reached. Mash-Out Alarm when you're ready to sparge, Salt / Hop additions when you've reached the boil. As well as hop stand additions or chilling instructions. All of this at the touch of a button that is preprogrammed to what you want to do. No more egg timers, no more phone timers. Everything controlled by the one area.
Bluetooth Gateway Device
KegLand is currently developing various bluetooth devices such as RAPT Bluetooth Thermometer (low energy BLE) other sensors which will be compatible with this brewery. This brewery is able to receive the BLE beacons and relay this information onto the RAPT portal. Also by receiving multiple BLE thermometer sensors the Brewery is able to make smarter and more automated decisions on how to control the brewing or distillation process. For example a BLE thermometer can be placed into your coolant water so you get an alarm if the temperature is too high, a BLE thermometer can be put into the middle of the malt pipe so you can more accurately control elements switching on/off to achieve a core malt pipe temperature etc.
Improved Base Design with Easy Access Pump
The new base design means we have sealed all the electronics on the underside of the brewery into a separate junction box. This has allowed us to omit the bottom cover. This significant design change means that the pump can be accessed much more easily. It also means the plumbing can be changed more easily too. For instance you can re-arrange the plumping to the pump to pump into the tap outlet or change this so the tap outlet bypasses the pump. These changes make it more flexible but also much easier to take apart the pump for cleaning and maintenance if required.
RAPT Controller with Full Colour Screen
The new RAPT controller has an easy to read full colour screen. The controller can also be disconnected easily making wash down easier. The controller is mounted in a higher position with a tilting frame so you can angle the screen toward you depending on how tall you are. The new controller module is packed with features and KegLand is consistently updating firmware to include more features. Firmware updates are quick and painless and with a single click you can upgrade all Gen 4 units to the latest firmware to take advantage of new features and accessories. Forget getting on your knees mid-brew, do it all while standing or sitting next to your BrewZilla. The controller can also activate the pump. Meaning there are no toggle switches anywhere on the BrewZilla Gen 4.1.
IEC Cable for Easy Storage
The new design has a removable IEC cable so you can unplug the cable making it more neat for storage.
Improved Lid Handles
The new lid handles are better designed and made from stainless so they are more robust and more ergonomic to hold especially with wet hands.
Two Stage Oversized Malt Pipe
This new malt pipe design is 30% larger meaning you can mash more grains and either make more beer or make higher gravity beers. the new malt pipe also has a two stage height adjustment so you hand half lift the malt pipe and set on the supporting halo ring halfway up. This makes it more ergonomical so you can lift the heavy malt pipe up in two stages but has the second advantage that it makes the brewery more suitable for smaller batches too where raising the malt pipe half way up is preferable.

The BrewZilla Whirlpool Arm is a new accessory brought to you by KegLand that suits both the 35L model and 65L. This accessory fits onto the existing recirculation pipe with a Stainless Steel Male Camlock fitting. The magnetic pump will aid in circulating your wort for better hop extraction in the whirlpool stage, as well as help collect the hot break into the center of the false bottom.
Other benefits may include speeding up cooling times when using an immersion chiller due to increased movement of the wort over the cooling coils.
The BrewZilla Whirlpool Arm could also be used on the Grainfather if it has been converted to camlock fittings using the Grainfather Camlock Conversion Kit.

Take the work out of cleaning corny kegs, carboys and brewing vessels with the Bucket Blaster keg and fermenter cleaner. The Bucket Blaster is a great way to get your kegs, fermenters, fermzilla, carboy's or other brewery gear clean while you attend to other tasks.
Simply set up the keg washer basin with your cleaner or sanitiser, set a keg or carboy on over the jet nozzle, power up pump and let the keg washer do the work.
This unit comes with a 15L bucket which doubles as a storage container when you are not using the system. Some other keg washers come with a very small reservoir making it a pain to move, liquid spills over the sides easily and generally they just do not work as well. This unit has a large 15L bucket making it much less likely for you to spill liquid on your floor.
This system includes a 2000 litre per hour pump, the 15L bucket, a powerful jet nozzle, 3/8 EVABarrier tubing, a Duotight tee piece, a grey and a black ball lock disconnect and the stainless stand.
You can find instructions on how to assemble, operate, and maintain the bucket blaster here.

Fill any beverage into any bottle, can, jar or glass automatically with this internet connected, RAPT enabled, Cannular Can and Bottle Filler. More sanitary and easier to use than other competitors.
This Cannular Can and Bottle filler is ideally used for bottle, cans or even glasses. Using two adjustable stainless steel tubes it will use one to purge oxygen out of the vessel and then use the second one to fill the vessel to a precise level based on an internal pressure sensor.
Features
OLED Digital Display
The OLED display makes calibration super easy. It also enables you to keep track of filling speed, number of cycles/fills, purge time, fill height and also enables you to make on-the-fly adjustments to your filling requirements so you can conveniently tweak the settings while filling.
Integrated Ball Lock Connectors
The integrated ball lock connectors allow you to quickly attach your beer and gas ball lock disconnects. We recommend the use of the Duotight Ball Lock Disconnects in gas and liquid to connected to these input and outputs.
Integrated Pinch Valve
The integrated pinch valve is one of the things that makes this unit far superior to other filling machines. The pinch valve enables you to easily remove the beer line for cleaning so the stainless tube, silicone hose and yellow carbonation cap/ball lock disconnect removes completely and can be put into the dishwasher or cleaned in the sink. The pinch valve is mechanically simple and therefore reliable. It is not subject to small particles like hops getting stuck in the device and eliminates the need for pre-filtration. It pinches down on the silicone tube to shut off the flow. This design also enables laminar flow that reduces fobbing. The pinch valve improves reliability, makes it easier to operate and a piece of cake to clean.
Integrated Regulator
Other filling machines require an external regulator that may need to drop the pressure lower than your normal keg dispense pressure. This filler has an integrated regulator which saves time and setup cost. The integrated regulator means you will not damage your machine by accidentally connecting it to a high pressure gas source. You can hook up your gas line without the need for another external regulator or to fool around with your gas supply at all. Just set the integrated regulator once during setup and forget about it.
Multi-Purpose
The long stainless tubes and adjustable height make this device useful for pretty much any bottles up to 30cm heigh or cans up to 27cm heigh. It can also be used for still or carbonated beverages. So this device is useful for wine bottles, beer cans, champagne, crown seal bottles and pretty much any other bottle/can/vessel that has a neck opening greater than 15mm. It can also be used for filling glasses, jars or other vessels.
Fill Profiles
Some other machines require a full calibration to change from one vessel type to another. This machine allows you to pre-save fill profiles depending on what you are doing. Save a filling profile for your 300ml Cans and then save a different filling profile for your 750ml wine bottles. Use our pre-saved presets or alternatively make your own fill profiles with different purge time and fill height. These are also synced with the RAPT.io portal so you can save profiles and share them with friends or deploy to several other devices.
RAPT.io Connected (via Wifi)
As well as all the features above this filler connects to your Wifi and keeps track of your Cans Per Minute (CPM), fill speed and even temperature (if you purchase the external probe separately). It will log all usage information so you can keep track of how your machine is running or even keep track of you staff to make sure they are cycling the machine at an acceptable rate. The connectivity to the RAPT.io portal will enable you to more easily change settings, update profiles and keep track of your fill days so you can historically keep track of how your fill day went and which day you processed each batch.
Low DO Pickup
The quality and longevity of your beverage is often defined by how well you keep oxygen off your product. This filler purges the oxygen out of the can and will enable you to get substantially lower dissolved oxygen.
Wall Mounted Design
This type of can and bottle filler has primarily been designed for wall mounting configuration. This allows you to bring a can or bottle up to the filler from the underside of the unit. To wall mount this unit you can download and print this template.

CLEANING BEER LINES IN KEGERATOR
1. Acquire empty plastic PET bottle (e.g. 1.25L Coke Bottle)
2. Add cleaning solution for a 1L mixture
3. Add warm water to 1L
4. Attach Cleaning Cap to bottle
5. Attach Liquid ball lock disconnect connected to your tap to cap.
6. Turn on Tap with a jug or bucket underneath it to catch the beer/cleaning solution
7. Turn bottle upside down and squeeze (you can pressurise the bottle if you want so you don't have to squeeze, but this is just as fast and easy)
8. Wait until liquid out of tap runs clear, we recommend to wait 5mins with solution in the lines
9. Repeat 7-8 on other taps
10. Empty Bottle and fill with same temperature water, flush lines until you're satisfied there is no more cleaning solution
11. Hook up your beer line and pour away
TRAVELLERS
1. Fill beer from your tap, or if you have a Growler Filler tap or beer gun with a CO2 purge option, use that to purge 3 seconds worth of gas into the bottle (e.g. 1.25L Coke Bottle) to 3cm from the top. Beer will last considerable longer with a purge.
2. With one hand ready to screw the cap on, with your other hand squeeze the bottle until liquid is right on the brim. Then screw the cap on to make a seal.
3. Attach gas ball lock and add CO2 to the bottle to punch out the 3cm at the top of the bottle with CO2.
4. If you only finished half the bottle, squeeze out as much air as possible and fill with CO2.
QUICK CARBONATE
This can also be a great way to force carbonate your beer if its just been transferred to your keg and you don't want to wait! Remember your beer will absorb more CO2 the colder it is.

PET plastic bottles are readily available and inexpensive. The standard thread for PET bottles for carbonated beverages between 0-3L in size is the PCO 1881 thread. This thread type suits our carbonation caps that you can buy in plastic here or stainless steel.
Historically you would only be able to place a black or grey ball lock disconnect onto these fittings one at a time. This tee piece now enables you to attach both a liquid and gas disconnect to the bottle at the same time so you can essentially use a common PET bottle as a keg.
Note: The PET soft drink bottle and dip tube are not included.

From: Kegland
A copper immersion chiller is a great piece of equipment for all-grain and extract brewers to cool the wort at the end of the boil. It is immersed into the boiling wort at least 10 minutes before the end of the boil (this will help to sanitise the chiller, although it should be clean before being used) and attached to a cold water source.
When ready to cool the wort, turn on the cold water and it will flow through the immersion chiller and cool the wort.
To increase the rate at which the wort cools you can stir the wort to create a whirlpool. This will cause more of the wort to come into contact with the chiller and cool the wort faster. Make sure to sanitise whatever you use to stir the wort.
You could also use a pump (such as the MKII 25w High Temp Magnetic Pump) to create a whirlpool immersion chiller; made popular by award winning American home brewer Jamil Zainasheff. Here is a link to Jamil's site, Mr Malty, with more details.
An immersion chiller can also be used to pre-chill the cooling water. Just submerge the immersion chiller in an ice bath to to pre-chill the water that ultimately flows into another immersion chiller in the wort. This can be particularly helpful during summer when the groundwater temperature increases.
This chiller comes complete with a garden hose fitting on one end to connect to your garden or kitchen tap, and clear vinyl tubing.

The DigiBoil (digital turbo boiler) is a quality made 304 grade stainless steel turbo boiler.
The 35 litre size is the total rated size to the brimful. If using the DigiBoil as a brew kettle do not fill to greater than 25L-30L to ensure you have sufficient head space to comfortably contain the hot break and avoid a boil over.
The boiler has a quality made stainless tap with stainless barb and 1/2 inch thread so you can attach the wide range of half inch fittings such as camlocks.
The unit comes with a concealed element for easy cleaning.
The digital display can be set from 0℃ and up to 140℃ with 1℃ increments and 1℃ resolution on the display.
The side of the boiler is pre-marked with graduations in litres and gallons that are accurate to +/- 1 litre.
- Litre and Gallon Graduations
- Stainless steel tap with barb and 1/2 thread
- Dual element control (so you can adjust the power from 500watts, 1900watts or 2400watts)
- Easy to use
- Great for use as a hot liquor tank, boiler, or hot water urn
- Concealed element for easy cleaning
- Can also be used for sous vide cooking

Note: Out of the box this unit needs a 15amp power socket. With that said you can convert this to a 10amp compatible device in two different ways. You can either:
1. Purchase a device like an Ampfibian Mini 15amp to 10amp adaptor. If you do this you will be able to run the Digiboil, however if you turn on all three elements you will trip the circuit breaker. For this reason you will only be able to use a maximum of 2 of the elements. (not all three)
2. Alternatively you can remove the cord and replace the cord on this device with a 10amp cord, but if you do this you will need to disconnect the larger element resulting in 1300watts less power.
